Joseph at Orange City branch is so awesome! He reviewed my bank accounts that I have had since 1997 and discussed all my options to enhance my savings. Joseph is very knowledgeable, and conducted himself in a professional way. I would recommend Joseph to anyone who is looking for financial assistance. Keep up the good work!

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Jonny Gil who explained the financial benefits of moving funds from my savings to a Growth Plus Money Market account. This is something I had not even thought of doing, and he set up the account in just a few minutes. I am sincerely grateful for his attentive, and service oriented approach!

This is my second visit to addition financial credit union, would like to give Recognition to Joseph W.(teller window) Who has assisted me with my first IRA withdrawal was very thorough explaining the process. I would highly recommend him to be my go to regular teller for all my transactions. I loved his disposition, beautiful personality!!

I walked in to Addition Financial in Orange city to open a checking account. I was greeted by Joseph Weinhold. Joseph explained the different account options to me. He took his time out to set up the online banking for me. After my new checking account was set up he explained in great detail, credit, how to build credit where to start and what my future goals could be and helped me apply for a credit card. He also called me to update me on the process within a few hours and explained the next steps. Joseph is the man of the hour, he looked out for me like he knew me. After knowing him for an hour or so I would now consider him a friend. I feel like Joseph Weinhold and the team at Addition Financial Orange City are really looking out for us. 5 stars ten fold.

Debbie was awesome. She helped my husband and I out in opening a couple of accounts for ourselves. She was friendly, accommodating, and got the job done right! She even stayed a little later than she was supposed to in order to help us out.

I was locked out of my account and called the main number and through options was connected to a service agent. There was a lot of background noise of others talking and I could hardly make out what the agent was saying. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reset my password the agent said she would escalate and I would hear back in 24 hrs. I had just spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone trying to get logged in and was going to have to wait for another agent to get logged in.
After I hung up I remembered I had Deborah Hazel's number at the Orange City branch where I do most of my in person banking. From the moment Deborah was on the phone with me she was so caring and understanding the my irritation pretty much vanished. It only took a couple minutes and I was able to log in. I have been with Addition/CFE for about 15 years and for the last 4 have been doing my banking at Orange City. Deborah has never failed me in whatever the situation is with my banking. It is 45 minutes for me to travel to Orange City, but because of Deborah and the professionalism and attentiveness she displays in every communication is why I stay with Addition. I have had many interactions with the entire staff at Orange City and I consider them of the highest caliber of professionalism and focused on customer service.

I am very glad I visit Addition this morning. I was given sound advice by Aimee Russell (Debbie). She pointed out a very good point on how to pay off my credit cards. I was going to make a big mistake that I would have regretted for the next couple of years. She was very informative and patient with me. I learned a few things about personal loans and home equity loans. I am glad I did!! Thank you Debbie!!

Joseph W. has been a blessing to me. The first time I came in, he was able to empathize with my situation, and went above and beyond. Today I went in, and no one was able to help me because they were not familiar with my unique situation, and sent me elsewhere. He saw me sitting in the lobby, and remembered me, and began helping.
