Came here with a friend on a rainy Saturday afternoon with a problem. The ladies in the front office (Kelly and Cathy) were very friendly and were able to help us out. They were very friendly and courteous and were quick to service us. Seems like my friend was helped out and feel very good about this place!

Very nice facility. Very good service. Jasmine should be given some kind of award for superior service. She went the extra mile to help us solve a problem that was not at all the fault of Public Storage. Highly recommended.

The place is great! The staff are excellent! I felt very comfortable storing my belongings there. Hueyretta is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

UPDATE: I moved out 3/31/19 and came across some issues, but the manager there, Cathy, went out of her way to help me out with these issues and avoid extra charges. I will definitely use them again for my storage needs!!

I would just like to give a great big thank you to Bobby. I had a maintenance issue with the unit I was in, and was also running out of space in the current unit.
Bobby was able to address both issue quickly and made the change as stress free as possible.
I appreciate that Bobby made sure the customer was happy. I was thinking of moving from this facility, now I will be a life long customer. Thanks again !!!

I have been with this public storage for years now and have never had any problems, however when I came in to pay my bill the Property Manager: Hueyreita was absolutely fantastic. She helped me with something I wasn't even aware could be helped with! I was so happy and impressed by her ability to think on her feet. Keep up the good work!

We have been looking for a nice clean storage unit for the last 4 hours and came to this location and it was very clean. Rosemary was super nice, polite, and absolutely helpful. Ask for her! You will not regret it!!

Sandy is a great property manager. I was tired and just wanting to get it done. She expedited the initial very quickly and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I had a problem with the moving company I hired and had to call the police to drive out of the facility, they blocked me in so I couldn't move my car waiting for me to sign a Completion form, even though they were already paid. When I finally got up by the office she jumped on her motor cart to make sure they didn't try to cause any damage to my unit knowing I was upset. It was very comforting knowing she was there. I had to rent a 2nd unit and Nick was also very helpful.

The owner of this facility must feel comfort knowing his property is being run by professional, personable people.
