Oak Shade Apartments

I stayed here for 5 years and when I tell you, I never had any real issues other than what’s normal. The Landlord Cheryl is so sweet. She’s helpful and very approachable. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and I can honestly say that the community is quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves. I really enjoyed my stay and my apartment was so comfortable.This is an excellent choice for residents.

Cheryl, is an outstanding property manager, she is very caring to her residence and the maintenance guy Dave is always on time with any issues we may have.

I been living here in oakshade apartments long time cheryl is very nice and understanding apartment manager when my air conditioner went and my water heater went she was on it right away to get me a new one thanks

I Come to work every Friday at oakshade, and Cheryl Tribble always makes me feel comfortable and provides me all the resources to conduct my job properly. Cheryl shows passion and devotion to her job which makes me excited to perform my contract work for her and her complex.

Feb 1, 2024- Been here for 5 years. Love my home! Oakshade apartment manger Cheryl is the best. She always so kind and is always looking out for us. I haven't had an issues living here. Just basic maintenance that Dave always has taken care of within 24 hours. Couldn't ask for better management team.

Love this place it’s very quiet here! My Apartment is clean with no bugs or mold issues. Manager Cheryl is always right on it! Very friendly and sweet but fair! Never have a problem trying to reach her. The Maintenance guy has been quick to fix my issues within that day unless a part has to be ordered. Five Stars!!

I loved living here. Oaks shade was my first experience living in an apartment. If you want to live in a quiet, friendly, Clean and positive atmosphere this is the place for you. I never had Any issues with anything on the apartment and Cheryl the community manager is the best always so friendly and was there to help you with anything I needed. Always doing her job very professional. My sister got her own apartment here in oaks shade as well and she loved it as well. I recommend this apartment to anybody.

Cheryl is surely the best landlord I ever had. Unfortunately I have to move due to live changes but I’m gonna miss this place. Loved my apartment and very friendly neighbors ❤ Thank You so much for being a little part of my life. I appreciate everything that been done for me while I was living there! God bless

I’ve been living here approximately seven years and I have no complaints whatsoever my neighbors have ranged from families to college students to retirees. It’s very quiet in the neighborhood no issues not too much traffic, The property manager as well as the maintenance staff are amazing any issues that you may have they are right on top of it. not only that they periodically check up on you just to see if you may have any other issues to report. I’ve lived in many other apartments in different cities and I can definitely say living here has been a total culture shock. Overall Great place to live keep up the good work Oak Shade, and thank you for making me feel at home.

First let me say I Love Oask Shade apartment, moved back was here back in 2015 now I’m back still loving it nice quiet place . Cheryl the manager is amazing always said it she always there to help has a beautiful heart Anything I need she’s there very professional and respectful as well as Dave the maintenance guy I had called him to check some things on my apartment and he gets it the job done good and quick and very professional and nice as well both great people and I appreciate it . I recommend oask shade to everyone . I even got my sister to live here she loved it as well. 5 out of 5 .

Oak shade has been a quiet cozy place we call home. Nicely located close to I4, shopping ect. Neighbors are very nice, good mix of family's and older folk. Love the trees and animals we get like deer, turkey and bunny rabbits. And the staff here are always friendly, helpful and make us feel welcomed.
The only thing is I'm not a fan of the brown carpet because of allergies and all that comes with carpet...yuck. some unit's have been updated with lament flooring I've seen and looks so nice and deffently easy to keep clean. So A+ for anyone who moves into one of those units.

After searching tirelessly for months to find a place I came across Oaksade after doing a google search. Mrs Cheryl is absolutely amazing... She was very informative, and helped me during a time that I felt hopeless. She was warm and comforting, and helped to make my transition to Oakshade a very easy and pleasant experience. Dave is prompt, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. In a world that can be so cold, and heartless it is a breath of fresh air to have caring people manage the place in which I call home.

I really enjoyed my experience today. The Manager was very helpful and accomadating. Cheryl is great multitasker and has a good attitude! Looking forward to moving in soon!! Thank you.

For being so attentive to tenants. Have that patience and always available to help what we need. Do the impossible, possible, to help. Thanks to Dave, what would take months would be accomplished in two days. And more than grateful to Cheryl for always having a solution and doing her best to help.

My air-conditioning unit went out on Sunday. I called the emergency line and they showed up in about 15 minutes and put a new unit in my apartment in less than an hour. Now that is customer service at its BEST!

I'm very happy with my new apartment and they office manager Cheryl is super nice! Dave the maintenance is great! I would recommend my friends to visit!
