Manager at orange city store goes the extra mile. Ordered a green house from the Sanford store which had two duplicate panels which shorted me on the one I needed. Took the duplicate panel to orange city and the manager tore down a new box and replaced it with the correct panel. He went thr extra mile that day, thank you

I love Harbor Freight, I've been going since they put one near me back around '98. Their quality is tons better than it was, and even still, I have many tools that are still in use after 20+ years. It's very hard to beat the bang for your buck here.

Got the tools I needed. I get email coupons so I got 10% off. Love this store. Great selection of electrical tools which is what I went there for. Different trip: I had a 25% off coupon from their website. Got some hobby tools. Stoked to try them out.

Great prices on quality products. You don't have to pay top dollar for name brand tools and equipment to get the job done right for a lot less.

I like the store because Mike who is a manager there always goes out of his way to help me and other patrons. The store is laid out well and clean. The cashiers are always friendly and overall it is a pleasant easy-going shopping experience

I have an addiction to this place! I can't think of one time that I went there for an tool or something and walked out with half a shops worth of tools, testers, clamps, connector's you name it. They're a few things that are kinda tingy and cheap but for the most part they have really good stuff for your DIY'ers, homeowners and even the professional that uses their tools every day. My whole tool cart (with the exception of a few hyper tough Walmart tools) came from harbor freight.

Got all that I needed. Gentlemen that helped me was courteous and informative.

I was just here and looking for a Bauer angle grinder and 4.5 inch continuous rim diamond blade. I found the grinder quickly but walked up and down the aisle looking for the blade without luck. A male associate stopped to ask if the gentleman next to me needed help but said nothing to me. A young lady in the next aisle said hello but didn't ask if she could help either. When I went to pay for the grinder, EJ at the register reached out over his ear piece to have someone bring the blade I needed to the front. He made up for the prior 2 people who made no effort to help. He had a line 10 people long but still provided great service. All while moving everyone through the line, he even helped another lady who was looking for an animal trap. It amazes me that the other 2 people weren't juggling other tasks and couldn't be bothered but EJ was managing multiple things , got me what I needed without telling me I had to go searching again, and kept his cool. Thank you so much to this young man and the gentleman who walked up the blade so quickly!!!

This chair came from harbor freight. Its light weight lil table and pockets on the other side. The best thing about this chair is if your a bigger person you have plenty of room.This chair is so nice I bought 2 more.

I love shopping here. The customer service has improved tremendously. I appreciate all the assistance that they give me today. They resolved my issue with a power washer I had bought last fall. The salesman even showed me how to reload my weed Wacker. I am a very pleased customer 😀

I absolutely love this store. I called looking for an unusual, but specific tool accessory. Another major store I had called before told me the accessory did not exist. I "politely" told the man that I knew for a fact it DID exist because I used to own it. I then called Harbor Freight and spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman who knew what I was talking about and told me they had it in stock and the cost. Today ... I drove there and bought it. My only disappointment was that I could have saved 30% if I had bought it over the weekend. They had a big sale that I missed. DARN! I signed up for emails/text messages so I wouldn't make the same mistake again.
