I could not be more impressed with Matt and his team. I had a rental property in Clermont that had been vacant for two months and I had been contacted by many people who wanted to buy my house for pennies on the dollar and flip it. Matt sent me a letter letting me know that he was interested in selling my house. I was initially skeptical and in a couple of emails he convinced me to meet him at the property. Matt was prepared with figures, charts, examples and had housing prices stratified into $50k increments detailing inventor and average time on the market. I signed with him immediately and that was a Saturday. He said that he would have a photographer come out and take pictures (which turned out to be stunning) and that he would get the house listed as soon as possible. The house hit the market four days later on Wednesday. Matt called me the next day, Thursday, letting me know that we had multiple offers with all but one offering more than what was being asked. He gave the prospective buyers notice to have their highest and best offers to us by 10 am the next morning. Matt was able to get a sale for me that was substantially more than what I had thought possible.

Matt's team was a joy to communicate with and always kept me in the loop regarding every step pf the process. I never waited long than a few hours for a response. The closing was seamless and the folks in Sloane's Title company are true professionals and I cannot say enough good about them.
