I purchased a chainsaw, spent $350. It wasn’t exactly what the boss wanted.

….so he sent me back to upgrade from a 18” bar MS250, to a 20” bar 362I.

A title cost of around $1000.00

They tested the saw before you leave to ensure it’s “out the door” ready to use.

This is a great neighborhood hardware store. They have plenty of parts and resources for an avid DIYer, and I prefer it over a big box store. I've done plumbing, electrical, landscape, and paint projects and have always found what I needed here. They have friendly and helpful staff, and it's never hard to find an employee to help out locating what I need. Support the local community and shop here.

I bought a mailbox post to replace a rotting post. Unfortunately I could not get the screw that came with it to go fully into the post. I went back to the store and explained my predicament and asked if someone could help me. I even offered to pay them. Haley and Sydney to the rescue. They worked together to put the post together, trying different screwdrivers. Thanks for the great customer service, attitude and team work! I don’t know if the story would have been the same at another store.

Always good service. My experience so far is that answer is unknown they will go find out for you. But most of the time the employees are very knowledgeable and always helpful.

This place is pretty amazing, great hardware selection and a very knowledgeable staff that's eager to help without the pressure-close sales tactics. If you are looking for very specific hardware, even with obscure specs, this is the place to go. Its much smaller than one of the big box options but the hardware selection at Ace is several times bigger. If you're looking for something specific and know you'll need some professional help picking it out, skip the big box and come here, they'll take good care of you.

Staff is always willing to help you figure out a project or what you need. I had to make a return last time and they were great. I prefer this to big stores because everyone is so nice.

The store is very close to my home, and I can get in and out quicker than the big box stores. Prices are generally higher than the big boys. But the amount of time I save is worth the extra cost. Not to mention that these stores are generally owned by local people who live in the community.

I was doing some work in the area and this was the closest hardware store to my job. I needed a few supplies off the job and decided to go here because it was close. They had everything I needed and the staff was super helpful when I could find things. A young man named Gavin really helped me a lot and stood out to me. Great hardware store!

This is a hidden gem IMO. A small-ish neighborhood hardware store with typical hardware type things. I needed some "weed and feed" fertilizer and was looking for some vegetable plants to add to my garden.
I was able to find what I needed and got personal help to boot.
So...if you're not into big box stores and would like to see the end of an aisle despite the curvature of the earth, this is a great place. I'll also add that on most days, they are open until 8:00. That's been my biggest complaint about neighborhood stores: sometimes they close early. Too early for me.

Lots of stuff. Helpful people. They had a security system battery I needed that I would have had to order at Home Depot. I needed a very small quantity of wheat straw, but couldn't carry a whole bale in the vehicle I brought so the let me take some in a bag for free.

Great store. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable; if they are not certain, they find you the right person to help you. That is pretty rare in a lot of stores today! They employ all ages which is also nice!

They had everything that I needed. The customer service was great. Very polite people. Prices are fare for what I was looking for. The only thing was when I Google searched for "lumber near me", Ace didn't pop up. Also I had to update their actual phone number, on Google, because corporate messed that up. All in all I got what I needed.

Excellent customer service. Levi helped me with some metal braces and went above and beyond. I hope this store values him, I don’t see that level of customer service these days very often.
