used to have fairly unfriendly staff manned by Grumpy Cat human clones. and get this - like to express their political views about mask wearing. the new staff in the past few months seem to be friendly and stick to appropriate work topics. thank you. pharmacy has always been fine, though i prefer CVS on Post for service.

I favor this store for a few reasons. They are close to my home, they know me by name, they are friendly, always ready to help, it's clean and well stocked. They have even helped me when my truck died at the Rx drive thru window. They called Auto Zone, AFTER Stephan pushed my truck out of the way. So kind!

They have some good deals, but you need to shop selectively. Some items are very high priced but it’s convenient.

Not a bad store, but really lacks a lot of character. Plus it's dark. It's well stocked, clean, but just generally boring. There is no joy in shopping here.

I also noticed there was significant inconsistency in their pricing. I went in looking for a special on coke products and I saw three different prices posted in various places

For the most part, I don't really have much bad things to say about this store. My prescriptions were being filled smoothly... until it wasn't. I had a delivery scheduled for one of my prescriptions. Four days passed and I do not hear anything about it. I checked the status on the website and it still says "Scheduled for Delivery". I called the store and I was told that the prescription was in the store and that although it was scheduled to be picked up and delivered by DoorDash two days prior, DoorDash never picked it up. When I asked for a resolution, I was told that I need to contact DoorDash. This answer irritated me because the shipping arrangement was between Walgreens and DoorDash. I don't have any information regarding the order number. I wouldn't even know that they used DoorDash if I hadn't called. Their website says that prescriptions are delivered using FedEx. If I hadn't called, the order would have sat there unclaimed.

The next day, I picked up the order myself from the drive-thru. After I had the medication, I explained what happened and asked them what I need to do in the future in case this happens again. The lady I was talking to basically couldn't care less. She asked me to put the medication back on to the tray, she looked at the tag, asked me my name (like she is trying to confirm that I have the correct medication), I gave her my name which matches the tag, and she gave the medication back rolling her eyes and saying, "Well, here's your medication sir." and walked out of view from the drive-thru window without any further acknowledgements. I don't even know if DoorDash got paid for basically doing nothing. This outcome and unwilling to help resolve, or at least prevent it from happening again, is very unacceptable. These are people's medications being delivered.

Pharmacists are great and very helpful. Store employees, on the other hand, are consistently rude. Maybe don't get into customer service if you aren't interested in serving customers.

Poor customer service. The blond girl at the register looks and acts as if she hates her job. Can she be in the back office? And not dealing face to face with customers?
