JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead

We always have a great experience at the JW Marriott Buckhead.. we stay here fairly often & are welcomed back as regular guest.
Anya works at the Front desk & she is always very helpful.. Look for Anya when you are checking in at the JW.. we also take advantage of the Hotel Driver if you are going within a 2 mile radius. They will drop you off & pick you back up. Lamin usually drives us at night and gives the best service.
The rooms are very comfortable, it connects to Lenox Square Mall if you want to shop and they have a great bar in the hotel.
If you haven’t tried this JW Marriott, you should try it when you are in the area.

The JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead has “one” of the best views in the Buckhead area. The JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead is also connected to the mall, so that was also a plus. It’s a great place to stop for a celebratory drink to kick off or end the night. You can see a beautiful view of the city, and the security and staff as you enter the hotel are very friendly. We absolutely love Anya; she is so sweet and well trained in hospitality. I felt pretty welcome here. They have a beautiful layout, hallways, a restaurant, and a bar. You can have a drink, get a bite to eat, and relax. This is a great place to enjoy an awesome view, relax, and soak in the ambience.

Overall, great location, excellent service and comfortable rooms with good views.

They have a shuttle service. It’ll take you locally within about 2 miles in a nice Escalade.

One of the issues with locations like this is extremely high parking prices. self Park was 45 and valet was 55. There is a $12 option right next-door! If you turn in right before the hotel go up a ramp instead of taking it right into the mall parking lot you make a left into the office building parking. It’s $12 overnight!

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location in Buckhead. Conveniently connected to Lennox Square Mall. Only minor negative is the pillows were not soft and comfortable as I'm used to.

I was here for a conference so did not have the chance to go to the restaurants. The gym was good, for hotel gyms. The lounge was excellent and the servers did an excellent job. The front desk, many many thanks Sofia were amazing, great group of people.

Banquet staff was amazing hosting our event. Stella was particularly helpful and was there the whole time, late night, early morning, she was there and always friendly and helpful! Captain Otis was also a great help and seemed to just magically appear when we needed anything. AV and Carl were also super attentive and easy to work with and make quick adjustments.

We stayed at this hotel for a conference and it was absolute perfection. The rooms and hotel were super clean and stylish/modern. We were at the concierge level and had access to a clubhouse/lounge that absolutely made our stay! Dominique and Sharon in the concierge lounge went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met and that we left happy every single time! Thomas in the downstairs lounge was also extremely kind and made us fantastic drinks. Overall, one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel! Cannot say enough great things about it. We were looking for a place for a winter weekend getaway. Our priorities were indoor pool (too cold for outdoor), nearby food options, and ease of transportation/walkability.

The pool, without question, was the largest and warmest indoor pool I have experienced in a "normal" hotel (ie, not a waterpark or water-focused attraction). We were often the only ones in it, but even if we weren't, there was enough room for dozens and dozens of people. There was also a hot tub, but we didn't try that one out. The fitness center and locker rooms were very well appointed and spotlessly clean. If you are a parent, the pool alone could be reason enough to stay here.

Being attached to the mall was a nice plus for when we needed a quick bite to eat, but within a quick (15-20min) walk, were plenty of restaurants and food options to choose from. A real lifesaver when you're tired and hungry.

When we travel we usually try to opt out of renting a car as we find that the cost of parking adds up really really quickly. (Parking at the hotel, parking at every attraction you go to, etc.). Our decision to not rent a car was solidified when we saw that the train/Marta station was literally across the street. So for $2.50/person, you could get from the airport to the hotel, or from the hotel downtown. Well worth the cost.

But those were all things we researched ahead of time. There were other pleasant surprises once we checked in. First, let me say that every member of the staff we encountered was so nice. Warm greetings, honest pleasantries... just great people all around. So thank you for that. The hotel also has some amazing views if you've booked a higher floor. Waking up to see downtown Atlanta come to life in the morning was fantastic. Stone Mountain was also visible off in the distance. We were also pleased to find that the smart TV allowed us to log in to our streaming services, which made our son very happy, lol. The hotel was very quiet, incredibly clean, and very safe.

This hotel had a brand new feel; must have been renovated. The check-in was seamless. The valet service was spot-on (the young men are to be commended.). Will return when visiting ATL.

Excellent staff and service. Large room with comfortable bed. Great shower in the bathroom. Location is fantastic, connected to Lennox Mall and right across the street from the Gold Line train. Would stay here again.

Near to everything. It’s a low ceiling hotel but the interior is amazing and cozy. Staff was pleasant, and we loved their indoor pool.. Breakfast can be improved though, the selection is just okay for a 4-star hotel.

JW Marriott was a phenomenal location to stay in Buckhead GA. It's directly across from the MARTA train service which will take you anywhere in Atlanta in a quick and safe manner. Valet parking was perfect, the Marriott car service which takes you anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel free of charge (all the main restaurants and stores are in the radius). The staff went out of their way to make you comfortable. I give JW Marriott an extremely high rating because they earned it.

Very nice hotel. Great friendly staff. They were always very helpful. It’s connected to the Lenox mall, so it’s great for shopping. Their indoor swimming pool is heated. Definitely would stay again.

We can't say enough about every aspect of our visit to the JW Marriott at Lenox mall. All the staff, and i mean check-in, bell, valet , housekeeping , bartending and breakfast , all were wonderful people who really valued our patronage. I'll be honest with you im not a big fan of the Atlanta traffic but i think from now on when i do have to goto Atlanta im staying here.

I have had the pleasure of staying here twice. The valet service is great! The housekeeping and cocktail are topnotch! It was a male at check-in that was stoic and did not want to have have as little interaction with me. I checked in on the app. He was annoyed. Like he did not want to be there.

Everything was awesome from the moment we arrived. Check in was a breeze and Sophia was amazing. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary and made us feel really special. Room was super clean and the entire staff was super friendly. They made you feel like you were the only people staying there. Lavin the driver was great.

I had an amazing experience at the JW Marriot Buckhead. I was in town for a wedding and the location could not have been more perfect. The accessibility to Lennox Mall is clutch when needing to pick up a few last minute items, the amenities the hotel offers are great - especially the Gym and the Pool. Lastly, the front desk staff is extremely nice and super knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Victoria who ensured I had everything I needed and answered all questions. She was really friendly, professional, and efficient in the check in process and had a great way of making me feel welcomed. I will be returning to JW because staff like that makes all the difference.

Great hotel in Buckhead. Clean, quiet room with great view of downtown and Buckhead. The valet team members were excellent.

The staff at this hotel are great. The rooms are wonderful. Looking forward to coming back.

Lisa at the bar was marvelous. The bellmen were professional and funny. The room service was impeccable. The convenience to EVERYTHING and shopping was to die for..... Loved my stay. I will be back!!♥🌺
