Everyone at Bed Bath & Beyond is always very helpful and nice. The store has been remodeled and it is much easier to see everything. It feels more open and inviting. The twins who work there were so sweet. I always am impressed that they will use multiple coupons and they can be expired. Love the Clearance sections! Great job on the new look!

Very helpful. I was looking for quite a few items. She not only took me where to each item..... she showed me where to find similar items. I needed a shower curtain also. She actually she asked what color, but also showed me the perfect one. She was so proactive. I usually do all surveys & get the name of who excelled to at least talk to the manager to get her reckoning, in so much pain. 10 back surgeries, I forgot. You have an employee who went so far, up & above.

Smells wonderful as soon as you walk in. Everything is easy to find and well categorized. If you can't find something in store they will order what you want for you online. Everyone has always been very nice every time I go. I get my body pillows here because they sell really good quality quilted ones that I can't seem to find anywhere else. They also offer coupons regularly which is awesome.

We had the greatest experience tonight. All the staff was extremely helpful finding what we were looking for. The cashier Sher was the best, and extremely friendly. Your staff has made it that we want to become frequent shoppers.

I bought a Ninja Foodi a few months ago. I had not used the pressure cooker until last week, come to find out that it was defective. As a military officer I went through all the channels, starting with customer service at ninja, troubleshooting with it and nothing. They offered for me to send it back to them and I thought about ti but I would had to fo to the fed-ex office box it all up and so on..... I called the store in Orange City and the lady that answer the phone told me that I was not going to be able to return it because it was over 90 days, however, she did offer me to speak to a Manager. I spoke to Joe (the Manager), and I explained everything to him. He made it right, I took the other one (the defective one) and just picked up another one. NO HASSLE AT ALL WITH THIS PEOPLE. Something else at the store while I was there bought my attention, I saw a few people asking for items and the associates actually walked the customer to what they were looking for. I'm SUPER HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE THERE. Thank you Joe and your whole staff, you are all great.

First time EVER in any bed bath & beyond and Mario turned into a man on a mission helping me find what i needed. Bro is cool af and friendly and he took his time assisting me , sometimes when you ask for help you may feel like you’re annoying the workers but i didn’t feel that way with Mario and you can tell hes an expert at locating things and customer service in general. I appreciate you bro.

I always enjoy shopping at this store. They always have some very unique items and just about everything else that you might need or want. Plus they have wonderful customer service

Just purchased a couple small home appliance needs from their Orange City location. The staff was both knowledgeable and very helpful. Great shopping experience!

Customer service was great while in the store and at checkout. Nice woman at checkout worked with all my coupons to help me get the most off as usual...this is why I always go there first, even over the discount stores, service does count!!

Jason was amazing. They didn't have what we were looking for in stock so he found it and had it shipped us. Jason is the Man! It is refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work!

Very helpful. Went in looking for a product that they didn't have in store and they went out of their way to find it, order it for me so I was able to use the coupon and have shipping for free to my door.

The shop is kept neat and cool and well organized. I found what I wanted without having to ask for help. Prices pretty good. Coupons are common.

i love browsing in here they have so many items and great housewares to choose from. and the coupons cannot be beat ..they take them even if expired and some can be combined. and if there is a problem they take care of it right away

Did curbside pick up for an online order, they had it in the store sooner than expected and when I picked it up they brought it out and put it in my trunk. Didn't have to get out and use a mask, easy and comfortable.

Store is awesome I had my super expensive dyson break....on Sunday after the store was closed they opened doors and made it right. Didn't get the manager who was visiting this locations name... but absolutely going to buy everything I need from them. Ps. Keep reciepts...
