Went in during Christmas time and all the sales people I spoke to were so friendly and helpful. One young man was great with advising me towards a newer scent for my son which he ended up loving! There was an older woman that gave me great insight on what to get my MIL too. I feel like the staff was so diverse that no matter who I was shopping for I would get great advice for the age bracket I was shopping for. The register lines moved quick and smooth! My only wish is that it would be as big as the one in Sanford Mall that has the White Barn store attached. Overall this was much better than I expected for OC.

Loved this B&BW'S!!! The employees were so friendly! Upon entering, she said, " Welcome in, play & have fun"! A big difference from my home store where you're asked," What are we shopping for today"? As well as watched & followed! It was a very enjoyable experience! The selection was much better as well. Wish I lived closer to this store. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you!

Today I came in for the semi- annual sale and my cashier Andrea was the most soft spoken sweet cashier. She was so kind and very respectful. The world needs more of Andrea’s in the our world!

I love this Bath and Body Works in Orange city, the managers and all the staff are so sweet and the store is always so festively decorated not to mention of course it always smells good. They have killer deals every weekend on top of the coupons they send out every month. Their buy online pick up in store is my favorite feature, that way I can just pi k what I want from the comfort of my home and run in and they hand you the bag and your out! Super easy! I wouldn't shop at any other B&BW

Having a great sale today only thing is my card I had didn't allow me to make my purchase and it was the only form I had as payment right now

The staff at this store have always been polite and willing to help if needed. On special sales that tend to track a lot of attention (Candle sales), they were very organized on how to handle the crowds which made for a more pleasurable shopping experience.

I love the 10.95 3 wick deals especially.

It smells sooo good in there!! I can't afford to go as often as I'd like but when you catch a sale it's definitely worth the trip.

Nice shop. The place is heavy in scents so if you are sensitive to such things then be prepared.

Great customer service. We were there to pick up an online order. Quick and easy. Then, of course, we snagged a couple of sale items. All the associates were helpful and great!

This store, in addition to being spectacular products, has magnificent service, always ready to help you with love. Definitely happy with the service. I live in West Palm Beach and coming to Deltona on vacation and taking a good experience is priceless.

I always have the best customer service here. I sometimes have to leave my wallet in the car because I find my self splurging. This place is my therapy. So many new fragrances all the time. The employees look for things you might overlook they go the extra mile definitely!! I've never left this store unhappy. And with the great deals and coupons, you can not go wrong at bath & body works EVER!!

Great customer service and it was Annual Candle Day!
