I feel like a Princess!! I’ve been staying here the past couple months due to working in Atlanta on a temporary assignment & WOW!!! It takes me back to my childhood, being brought up in NY staying @ the Waldorf NYC. This place is exquisite… absolutely gorgeous. Staff is FANTASTIC, the treatment you receive is like no other. Super clean of course, beautiful suites, pool, gym, spa, meals, drinks. Well the list just continues to go on .. I thank all of you for your kindness & genuine hospitality.

My recent visit to the Waldorf Astoria spa was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the level of service provided by the staff exceeded all expectations, making my time there truly memorable.

Samantha, who checked me in, set the tone for my visit with her warm and professional demeanor. She made the check-in process seamless and ensured I felt welcomed and relaxed right from the start.

Isabella, who guided me throughout the spa, was incredibly attentive and informative. Her knowledge of the facilities and services helped me make the most of my visit. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed at every step.

The highlight of my visit was the deep tissue massage by Quentin. It was, without a doubt, the best massage I have ever experienced. Quentin’s skill and expertise were evident as he worked out the tension and stress in my muscles, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed.

The Waldorf Astoria spa excels in every aspect. The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable, and the attention to detail is impressive. The amenities, including the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and indoor Olympic-size pool, are top-notch and contribute to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation.

The genuine care the staff shows for each guest is what makes the Waldorf Astoria spa my home away from home. Every visit feels special, thanks to the dedicated and professional team. I highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria spa to anyone seeking a truly exceptional spa experience.

We recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Atlanta to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes luxury and elegance, with beautifully appointed rooms and outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed.One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. My wife absolutely loved it – the treatments were top-notch, and the serene atmosphere provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were impressive and well-maintained. Dining at the on-site restaurant was also a delight, with delicious food and impeccable service.

Overall, our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta was memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

My Son-in-law, Rodney and daughter, Alicia gave me the most beautiful 70 year birthday celebration at this magnificent hotel in March. All of The employees that I encountered delivered some of the best customer service that I have had in this world starting from the moment I arrived. The food was amazing. My huge bathroom hot tub gave me one of the most relaxing moments listening to some good music that I have had in years, while I sipped on champagne. The room was huge, extremely comfortable and clean. I have been very fortunate to have traveled all around the U.S. and the world, and I can honestly tell you that this hotel delivers what makes you feel good about living. My one year old granddaughter was with me for a couple of days and as we walked on the marble floors, she would stop and showed moments of excitement with every step, knowing she was in a very special place and being treated very special. They hit every note with excellence and I want to thank everyone for giving me one of the best times of my life. I will definitely be back to experience a few of the other personal feel good luxuries that I didn't have time to get to.

The Waldorf Astoria is well worth the money! Gorgeous location and perfect rooms. The staff and valet are always exceptionally nice people! The valet is also 24/7 so if you need to leave in the middle of the night, you can! They are always quick to help you and very easy to work with. 100% would recommend staying here when visiting Atlanta!

Although we were disappointed by the No Show Anita Baker concert, the Waldorf was on point in every aspect.
The staff are excellent in providing outstanding service the minute you arrive.
We got an unexpected surprise in seeing a wedding on site! Well wishes for a wonderful life together ❤
The exercise room even has fresh delicious fruits for fitness buffs to enjoy.
The bed is unbelievably comfortable and addictive! OMG!
I'm looking forward to returning soon for an extended visit!

Just checked out this morning. Everything was excellent customer service, rooms, bar with live jazz music, and food. The courtesy car was great for having dinner/lunch in the area (2 miles or less). Our trip was amazing because of the amenities at this hotel. Definitely worth the stay. I have no complaints.

Upon arriving in Waldorf Astoria we were greeted by Jermaine our Valet guest attendant. Jermaine was very attentive and caring😀 he made sure our luggages were unloaded and brought to our room he explain everything that we should know about Waldorf.Valet overall was a great experienced, Jermaine and his team was very polite, respectful and attentive our vehicle was always ready right when we needed it. Great experienced overall thank you Jermaine!

Front Desk

Upon checking in we were greeted by Jesse in front desk. He was great, Jesse made sure our room was fully prepared when we arrived and he explain all amenities and the overall information about the hotel. He made sure our time of check in and preferred check out time. He also assisted us in getting into the elevator with a key card😀 great experienced overall thank you Jesse!

InRoom Dining

Overall experienced, it was phenomenal😀 Simone our Inroom dining customer service brought our dinner in our room. She made sure our orders are perfectly cook and delivered on time. It is the same as you would dine in tje restaurant. Overall experienced is excellent thank you Simone

a truly enjoyable stay! I read somewhere that someone had issues with amex FHR benefits but that was far from our case. Everything was explained well at check-in and processed correctly. the front desk agent was very professional. The guest relations team also sent us a cake for our special occasion which was a nice touch.
the room was comfortable and spacious. the pool was a definite plus to have and it was great having room service delivered there.
I will say we thought the food could be better given the price but I wouldn't deduct a star for that. I'd still recommend this hotel and would go back again if in the area.

This Place is so nice, and really Pretty. The people here is SO RESPECTFUL, and so just so NICE! I really recommend this hotel, and the Suite Room. The Suite Room is so big and soooo nice! I would come back here!! ❤❤❤❤ I don’t know if this was for just Suite rooms, but the Suite rooms contained drinks and foods such as Water, Ginger-ale, Coke, and like Chocolate Chip Cookies, Caramel Popcorn, Chocolate Almonds, and Pretzel Nuggets. This Hotel is an outstanding experience if you are looking for a hotel that makes you feel welcomed and feel like you are the only person in the Hotel. I would definitely would come back here again!!

I normally stay at Hilton properties but this was the best ever. From the time I pulled in on Sunday until it was time to leave on Friday. Romano and the other guys learn me and took such great care of me and my team. I didn’t want to leave. The front disk staff also to such great care of me and my team. To walk in a clean hotel and welcoming environment after four long days of business meetings offsite was a breath of fresh air. To know that the staff had your best interest at heart and you could feel the love and attention to detail for not only me but all guest felt like I was home with family. I give them 💯 across the board. I must go back to Romano and the guys how they took care of me and my truck even ask if I needed them to discard of trash out my truck from me eating lunch earlier in the truck from offsite meeting was just phenomenal I told Romano that I just want to move in and have this treatment every day. I hope to come back and visit soon. I almost forgot about the man that checked me in due to some back and sleep habits I asked for extra pillows and he made sure those were in the room and I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The housekeeping team is grade A+. I encourage everyone to go have a Waldorf experience!!!

We could NOT have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. This was a quick business trip that turned into one of the best hotel stays we have had (anywhere and we travel often). The staff is so gracious and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful yet understated, the food was delicious, the room service was prompt... it goes on and on! We loved it and will return again and again while in Atlanta!

Booking through the Amex FHR program led me to the Waldorf Astoria, and what a delightful discovery it was. The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance to fantastic dining options and convenient spots for snacks, this hotel exceeded all expectations.

What truly sets this establishment apart is its unparalleled customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even granting me an early check-in, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful experience! I stayed in a Premium Plus 2 Queen room. The dining experience, concierge service, valet service, and spa are all the reasons this is a true 5-star hotel. I highly recommend staying for a special occasion or for a great escape while on a stressful business trip.

We only stayed for 1 night before our flight to Cancun, but it was an amazing stay. The valet was quick, convenient, and professional. Check-in was a breeze and explained all services well. I didn't get to utilize the car service but it was good to know that they offer a complimentary car service within 2 mile radius of the hotel. Super convenient. Room was clean and big! The bathroom was huge which was a huge plus for my wife and my daughter. Also, they prepared the infant crib and humidifier ahead of time as I requested which is always nice when I don't have to remind the front. Breakfast was also phenomenal. Overall, a great hotel and actually a good value too. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Buckhead area.

This continues to be our 'go to hotel' in Atlanta. The rooms are super comfortable, the spa is relaxing, and the staff are incredible. It all starts with the valets and continues to the front desk and other mgmt. We are always treated like royalty here. The rooms are spacious and clean- many times you get an upgrade. Room service is prompt and delicious....the amenities, security, and detail oriented staff here makes this hotel 5 stars every time. We were also allowed to bring our ESA animal for no charge. I will never stay anywhere else in Atlanta. I highly recommend this property- it can't be beat and we are very hard to please. Love the Waldorf!!

Everything and everybody was just so amazing and made you feel right at home I tell you everyone makes it hard not to leave. However special thanks to Bri and Samantha in the spa for being so helpful when I got turned around thanks for making the spa so enjoyable, I can’t wait to come back!!!

Samantha at the desk in the spa area was exceptional. She was courteous very sweet and helpful. The room was nice,food was excellent.
