We absolutely love our technician, Joe Rosales! He is such a pleasure to work with every time we see him, always so nice, polite, and courteous. Very detailed with his work, and actually does his job and cares to do it right! Ever since we got him as our technician, we can see the difference and our residents are happy.

Sal with Massey services completed our annual termite inspection today, and was very thorough and professional in explaining what he found to be an issue with pests in our attic, We also switched from another pest control company to Massey for our quarterly pest control based on what he found to be issues that had not been addressed by our previous company. I feel that Massey is reputable, has integrity and provides and provides excellent customer service.

Dustin Ramsey has been servicing us every quarter for several years now. On-time, very professional, and extremely thorough. We don't have any pest problems inside because of what he does outside. Highly recommended. We also signed on for the Sentricon program for termite control; for that there's John Cook. He might be the finest etymologist I've seen in pest control. His passion is unmatched; his knowledge of termite control has saved us thousands I'm quite sure. We've been in our home only 3 years; Massey has been a tremendous investment because of the people they send us. They do not cut corners. You get what you pay for; we know we made the right choice over the other services that cost far less and use lesser products.

Your home is pest free with Massey! Massey just completed the annual Termite Inspection. They checked my home for other issues. I know that with the pest program that I also have with them in addition to the Termite Plan, that they will address anything that could cause a problem.

Very impressed with the service I received from Carlos O! I had a roach problem. He came out to treat them and told me what to expect. I missed my next appt due to my dad being in the hospital. I hadn’t had a chance to call and reschedule. He saw my car at home and asked if he could check on the situation. He asked about my dad. He was so excited when we caught a Mom and her babies on the sticky tape. I feel like Carols is family and best of all my bugs are gone!!!!

After finding what we thought were termites, we called around several companies and Massey was the only company who took initiative to come out first thing the next morning. Sal arrived on time and went out of his way to treat our home and yard and give us a great deal on pest control. He even called us a few days later to make sure things were still going well, since he knew we had small children in the house. We are not infested anymore and would recommend this company to anyone!

So far everyone has been very nice and. Ooperative. Chris came today and was very kind and courteous. Seemed to do a good job.

Great Service! I had a problem with mice. Called the company and within an hour John came out and did a thorough inspection and took care of it. Dustin is our regular guy. Very professional! Would recommend them their services!
