I have to say my experience was absolutely incredible. I set the appointment up online and was called back 10 minutes before the appointment. Julia walked me through renewing my license and changing my voters reg. address. I also had to change my vehicle reg. address. I was sent back to the waiting room for about 3 min. and was in my car heading home 10 minutes after the appointment was supposed to have started. It was actually a quite pleasurable
experience. All of the human Interactions were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Weird to be saying that about the DMV.

We got there early and waited in line. The security guard that opened the door and check in person were very nice and helpful. The agent was very nice as well. The process was smooth and efficient.

This location makes going to the DMV as painless as possible, in and out in about 20 minutes. Quick time without an appointment, they made sure I had the correct documents prior to checking me in and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

I had a wonderful experience with this Department of Motor Vehicles. The agent that did my change of address was and friendly and the whole transaction made me think that it couldn't possibly be a DMV. But when I left with my change of address complete, my new drivers license in hand as well as my voter registration completed at my new address I realize this was not a dream it was for real. Thank you agent at station 6

I went in today to get my learners permit and it was all very quick. Amanda at station 1 did a wonderful job of keeping me calm and excited while she asked me questions. Overall wonderful work. Done within 30 mins.

The wait wasn’t long, I’ve been to this location twice and was helped by the wonderful LAKEN!!! Not only is she very polite with her customer service skills, she is just outstanding with her quick assistance and being so polite since I just had a baby not long ago really made my day!!! Please give her a day off WITH PAY she deserves it. Thank you so much for quickly helping me!!

I was unable to rent a car because I had lost my driver's license and needed to go to this location to obtain a new one before continuing on my trip. I was worried because I had no reservation as it all happened last minute. Ia arrived at 8, but they had opened the doors at 7:30 and were already helping people. I was called back very quickly, and Amanda at the Diver's license counter was so kind and accommodating. I had been so stressed and overwhelmed after Ubering there with two toddlers and lots of luggage, and she made the process easy, and peaceful. Would totally recommend.

Usually, the DMV is not a nice place to visit. However, my experience here was fantastic. The first time I have been to a DMV where everyone was friendly. If you need to renew your license or motor vehicle registration, this is the place to go.

They helped me out quickly and efficiently. Check in person and the clerk were both super nice. :)

I heard a lot of negative reviews about here but I experienced none! I got there very early so I had no wait. The girl that waited on me was pleasant, very helpful and always smiled. The receptionist was very nice too. Great experience all around!

The process for appointments worked fairly efficiently. We had to wait for our turn less than a half hour.
Also, my son who has disabilities was renewing his ID card. The service person at the window did a very good job using accommodations for both his language disorder and visual impairment. He explained directions clearly, waited for a response and read items aloud that were perhaps difficult to see. He was also very respectful and patient. Well done!

Great employees help me title my out of state vehicle. Thank you again for the easy smooth process. But I will complain about the Federal government that didn't make any effort to make getting the title done in the state where the purchase happen, so you can drive your vehicle home, instead of none sense transportation. Joe Bidden, your honor please people are getting ripped off due to COVID vehicles shortage. Enslaved by debt with no relieve. My self I never got a ticket in my life until I have to work on transporting this vehicle. As i found my self in the necessity of traveling 741 miles each way on roads that I never being on. Please, this are not the values great people such as George Washington and Lincoln fought for. The risk of banks and debt is much greater than communism, we can't forget about the great depression and 2008 crisis. At least your honor, a temp tag to drive from state to state. I am not against creating jobs that are necessary but not when they are not your honor. I am crying from the inside to get a ticket first, and all the pain from scheduling a pickup to travel and more as second. I feel like we still have a problem with taxation without representation. We supposed to be united on common matters such as IDs, Drivers licenses, Vehicles registration, land titling with a common system such as Torrens System and more ....

I went around noon today to change my license and the woman that first helps us out and the woman at the 1st booth were very nice and I felt more comfortable being there. Thanks for making the experience better for me.

Everything ran smoothly. A lot of people in waiting room. All of the associates were very helpful and did everything with a smile. With so many people waiting sometimes things can get out of hand, today that did not happen. Thank you.

Very nice staff. Making appointments online makes it so much easier and quicker.

About a 25 person line at 0730 hrs, it opens at 0800. At 0800 there were about 75 folks waiting. The staff seems to work pretty quickly though. I would expect the line to be shorter once the S.Daytona site is back to normal operations. I had more forms of "proof of address" and ID than I needed. If it had been clearer on the website I would not have needed to make such an effort to get all that paperwork together for no reason. The biggest issue is trying to figure our where to go and what to bring as the websites (State & County) are confussing.

I commend the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of the management and staff serving this location. I was there twice in the last few weeks. The greeters, receptionist, and agents all have impressive customer service skills. Especially the gentleman in Lane 3 who was very sensitive and kind to my elderly parent. Thank you all for your assistance.

I took my daughter here last week to get her learner's permit!!! The guy at window 2 was awesome!!!

First day of walk uns allowed again. Line wrapped around the building. I had about 50 ahead of me.
I was in and done with an address change in under an hour.
You guys are killing it. Keep up the good work!

15mins tops with an appointment! Be sure to make an appointment before you go and bring all required paperwork or be prepared to wait a long time. Very personable staff as well. Great experience..
