Fire on the Bayou

Enjoyed dinner here with friends. Large menu including unique appetizers like fried green tomatoes as well as various burgers, tacos, fish and pasta dishes. They also offer beer and wine. We chose Cheese Curds, Voodoo Tacos and Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos. A little pricey ($14.50 for 2 tacos) but our server was great and the food was delicious. It was loud inside because the place was full - that’s good, right?! We did not get dessert this time but apparently the bread pudding is amazing.

Great Service, great atmosphere, and absolutely great food!! Absolutely 5 stars across the board. Walked in and saw someone eating a boil. We knew immediately that’s what we wanted. The bucket of love my husband and I shared. There was so much we had enough to still share some of it with others at the table. My mom got the “fish sandwich”. It puts other fish sandwiches to shame. It’s fried to perfection and has enough fish for two fish sandwich.
The shrimp tacos, and burgers were also enjoyed by family at the table. All great choices.
Appetizers… we got gator bites, catfish, and kick a.. sausage. Catfish was the table’s favorite app.
Definitely on our list to return.

First time here and will definitely be back! Service was great and food was even better. The portions were generous and everything tasted delicious.

Back to Fire on the Bayou again and again they didn’t disappoint. The staff and food are excellent. We had the Taste of NOLA and Seafood Jambalaya The best go to place if you want that Bayou cuisine.

We had dinner here with our daughter and son-in-law for our 50th Anniversary. Food was great and plentiful. Shrimp, pasta, gator bites, fried mushrooms, green tomatoes, salad. All wonderful dishes. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and funny! We will be back again!

Let start off by saying Wesley's service was amazing and made us feel so welcomed. Besides the amazing service we received, the whole meal was delicious. It's a spot that we will visit again in the future.

DELICIOUS CAJUN FOOD!! Don't overlook the Fried Green Tomatoes (gravy on top was yummy)!! Blackened Redfish Etouffee (w/green beans) & Taste of NOLA were delicious! Service was outstanding 👏 👌

What a cool little place. I’ve lived in Debary for several years and didn’t think to try this place out. What a gem. Extremely friendly service, large flavorful servings. The bourbon bread pudding, OMG

Love the food, best Red Beans and Rice. Been looking forward eating here l since I found out I was going to be in area. Came several years ago and have been trying to get back ever since . Well worth the wait.

Delicious food and friendly service! Fire on the Bayou is a small, family-run restaurant that has an excellent menu of New Orleans favorites. Free parking. Colorful, hand-painted wall interior. Fresh food! The location can be hard to find. Use Google Maps as it is tucked off the main road in an office park. Plenty of free parking.

Food servings were large, server was excellent and attentive. Louder than some in our party liked

This is such a gem of a restaurant. Real Cajun home cooked meals. Can't get a better taste of NOLA than this place!

Been in florida for 10 days, by far the best place I ate, not too expensive staff is great ambiance is good. The decor males you feel like you’re in new orleans! 10/10 would recommend! Ill come back here for sure!

This was one of the better dinners we have had lately. The location is kind of tucked away in a plaza but that means they have plenty of parking. The plaza has businesses at different levels, however the restaurant is on the first floor.

We were immediately greeted when we walked in and the service continued to be amazing.

We ordered the sausage bites appetizer. I'm not usually a sausage fan but I absolutely loved that appetizer. I ordered the Jilly Bucket with Bayou Love Seasoning at Medium (not super spicy at medium). The bucket was amazing. The dish is swimming in butter, which gave the bucket a ton of flavor. But don't worry, they have bibs available lol

We ordered the tacos and those were impressive in both size and taste. I was also pleasantly surprised with their Cabernet.

We wrapped it up with their chocolate cake. Split three ways it was still plenty for us.

I would definitely recommend checking them out.

The service was excellent and food was delicious! Slim pickings for vegetarians, but there’s still an option or two if you like cheese.

we found this place by accident. love cajun food and they are spot on. small menus make it easier to choose. we have tried everything on the menu and love it all. From the fried fish to the shrimp boils to Taste of MardiGras. And let's not forget the Purple Haze beer. 💜

Fire on the Bayou has wonderful food! You really can't go wrong with the taste of Nola. My wife raves about their shrimp and grits. Their fried green tomatoes are a MUST.

Only my second time dining here. Wesley was my server. Had the Taste of NOLA. Everything about the dish was fantastic. The jambalaya was, I'm my opinion, the best of the 3. The andouille sausage was very good also. There are lots of great choices on the menu.

Great service, delicious Cajun food, and a cool atmosphere.
Highly recommend the fried cheese bites and fried oysters.

First time eating here. I have to say that the food was great! Had the little sausage bites..they had a little sweet with each bite. Husband got the shrimp and grits, he said the grits were great! I had the Vader burger, I give that burger a 10/10 ! Over all, definitely will be back!
