Bobby Harper exceeded my expectations in all ways. Besides saving me money, the ease of getting auto and home owners was fantastic. Everything was handled electronically, including the signatures. They even have a live person who answers the phone and takes live messages. They kept old school customer service for phone calls. Nice!
