Kind and caring. Very short wait time in the lobby and nice staff. Only seen dermatologist but will be seeing plastic surgeon on the 7th I’ll review when I see her:).

I went here today from a city an hour away from a recommendation to see Dr Jilllian Morrison and I’m beyond impressed. I’ve consulted with another doctor before this and I’m so glad I came here instead. The office staff is also very good. I highly recommend this office and especially this doctor.

They all work well together. Dr Morrison did my surgery. Thank you for making it not so painful.

My experience was very kind. The doctor and nurses I think recognized I was terrified and they calmed me and reassured me through it. Ty I'm healing up nicely.

Five stars. Dr. Saadatu is very thorough. She will go over everything and write it down for you too. Which I like because I always forget what they say. Office staff very friendly. After going to our previous Derm., that we didn't care for to much we are so happy we found Mid Florida.

The Receptionist who answers the phone and sets appointments is rude and doesn’t seem to have enough knowledge to properly assist callers.
I asked her a series of questions she was unable to answer, she also neglected to inform me of the fee ($100!) that is required. Folks considering going to this facility should read the reviews PRIOR!!!

They are ok except you can't get hold of anyone in the Ormond Beach office without going through their Orlando office phone line first. The Orlando office was not able to get hold of the Ormond Beach office. This made my wife have to drive to their office just to relay some information to them. They really should re-think this practice as if we are dealing with an office locally, we don't want to have to call Orlando to get hold of them. Otherwise their care was adequate except there should have been a follow up appointment setup for me, which they didn't do. All part of the "third world medicine" you get in this part of the country.

Still have no results of my test. It's been 2 months. Doctors don't care to call you back. They sure charge alot of money to get paid. Greed. Will report to BBB. Nobody should wait 2 months for test results. If eldery people can't see, well theres a little paper that says we will bill for testing. When you ask if the test is covered, they say yes. It's wrong. PEOPLE don't care for others anymore. It's sad. Still no call back after. I wouldn't treat people this way. Especially our elderly who can't see stuff like hidden signs that they can charge. FLORIDA healthcare is not what I thought it was. People are better up north for care.

Well I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one with an awful experience. I waited SIX WEEKS to get an appointment just to show up and find the door locked. After I knocked on the door, a young woman came to the door to tell me that there were no appointments that afternoon, and that the doctor had left for the day. I proceeded to show the woman the appointment confirmation text on my phone. For whatever reason the doctor had to leave early, and they say they tried to notify me but could not. After waiting six weeks for an appointment, and for the doctor to leave roughly an hour before my appointment was nothing short of frustrating. But to be clear, I understand that things come up. My issue is not with the doctor per se.

What frustrated me was the treatment I received from the two women who were present when I got there. The two ladies I interacted with were rude, condescending, and dry. And to make their terrible attitudes all the worse was finding out I'd have to wait an additional two weeks to be seen by the doctor. You'd think that her support staff would be more understanding and considerate of things patients have to rearrange to be seen six weeks down the line, and then to do so just to be told you have to reschedule again. I could not fathom being treated that way in a doctors office, much less under those types of circumstances. They were shamelessly unsympathetic, facetious, and unprofessional.

Zero Stars! In my experience with Dr. Morrison she was the most unprofessional Dr. I personally have ever come across. My first appointment consult I waited 1hr. Second appointment I waited 1 hr and 30 min and her attendant performed my treatment. I only saw Dr Morrison for a second telling her attendant what to do.Then she left. No one gave me after care instructions or pre treatment instructions. I had to ask and look it up.
Third appointment I waited 2hrs and people in the waiting room weren't happy either for waiting 30+ min. Many rebooked. It seems to me she overbooks. The people up front just say the same thing that she has surgeries. Then don't schedule 5 people around the same time maybe? Just a thought.
After waiting 2 hours I get called back at the same time as someone else waiting for her who had only waited 30 min. An attendant comes in and is rude and says she's going to go get my chart. Mind you they still need to put on numbing cream and never do. Ten minutes past and I left and told them i'm over it and want a refund and then the receptionist goes to Dr. Morrison's office ,who is just sitting there on a computer. She comes out looks at me and says nothing and goes back into her office. The receptionist says "she will take you now. I go back to the room then Dr Morrison preps to start and I inform her nobody put cream on yet. So she does and I have to wait another 10 min. Doesn't apologize or nothing. Does treatment which is completely different from when her attendant did it.
I paid for 3 treatments upfront. After the second I was good and no longer wanted to deal with this office. I wish I just walked out that day.
I requested a refund for the 3rd treatment and she denied it and said I could use it for some random stuff that i don't need or want. Like what? Like store credit? Insane. Called a million times to get my money back. Finally got it back after threatening to sue. All of this could have easily been avoided. So in my opinion run away as far as you can if you are considering booking with her!!
