Dr. Bauer is relaxed and very gentle. I'm super happy with my botox results - very natural, not overdone! The staff is so friendly and there is a special furry office assistant that I love!

Dr. Bauder is definitely THE BEST! He is so professional and his technique is top notch! My lips look AMAZING I couldn’t be any happier! This pic is FROM DAY 2 Which is usually the “worst” after lip fillers and as you all can see they look perfect!

As per the location and customer service is always clean and the girls are super sweet!

Dr. Carson is absolutely amazing. I’ve gone to him for a couple of years now for Botox and filler. He’s absolutely phenomenal. His placement is on point always perfectly symmetrical. I am always blown away by his work. He’s absolutely amazing and I’m very thankful I will never go anywhere else. I will even come from Michigan justus specifically see Dr. Carson because I will not go anywhere else!!!!

Never a wait, always clean. I do feel the Botox there has lasted longer than other doctors offices in the area for me. Doctor definitely was able to do as I asked. Doctor genuinely was upset when other local office put filler where they should not. Never been up selled at this office.

Dr. Bauder is THE BEST and I have been to several! Ladies tell him what you don't like and he will correct it! I have been going to him regularly for 8 years and I am 53 and no one can believe it! I moved away and fly to him for my fountain of youth!

I usually see Carson but my schedule didn't align for this last appointment so I was seen by Michelle. She was very friendly, quick and did an amazing job. I notice a major difference in just 5 days. Thank you!!

When I walk in I am greeted with a kind beautiful smile from Aubrey, absolute doll!!.Michelle did my Botox and she listened to everything I had to say and that is important to me. She is so sweet and knew exactly the results I was looking for.The energy in this office is so nice and positive you leave feeling good!!

CO2 laser treatment. I look 15 years younger! Dr. Bouder made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and I left with not only his personal cell number but very detailed instructions and product. I called him several times and he responded right away. I love his office and he and his employees are top notch.

Dr Carson is very good at lip fillers. I have had fillers for at least 10 yrs by sime docs that are used by some of country's biggest stars. Honestly Dr Carson's work was better and lasted longer. Additionally the 2 pre injections (numbing agent) were the worst of it..little pinch & sting...the rest painless...
This was my 2nd visit and I will be returning. Maybe even check some of their other services.
I would be remiss not to mention the receptionist, Aubrey, who is most pleasant, helpful and .efficient

I have been going to A New U for 5 years now. I got the Co2 chemical Laser peel. The results where astonishing. Night and day results. I will definitely do it again. It’s an intense procedure, but Dr. Bauder went through the entire process and what to expect the days after. It went exactly how he said it would. I 100% trust Dr.Bauder with this procedure and will only let him do it.
I also get my Botox here as well.

Dr Carson Bauder is the kindest and most professional there is! He takes his time with all of his clients and truly makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the doors. Regardless of what you want done, it will be incredible. I can’t thank him enough! My friend and I went in for a girls day and had a blast. He is amazing!

I went here for the 3D sculpt. I can’t say I see results yet but it’s too early. The facility was clean. Staff all welcoming even water, coffee, and wine to serve to clients. I loved that!! Brook was so nice and was excellent. She explained the whole process and was upfront about results I should expect. I appreciate that because most promise the world and then u are left disappointed. She showed empathy during treatment checking on consistently. It was pretty uncomfortable during last few mins and be prepared to seat lol. Thank you so much for taking good care of me.

Dr. Bauder and his team are totally Awesome. I was very nervous but the doctors personality made me feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, Caring and very gentle. I’m really happy with my result. I will highly recommend him and will travel from Jacksonville to His office again.
