Jonathan just assisted us in selling my mom's house in Ormond Beach. We live in the panhandle, so I was afraid we'd have to make a lot of trips down there to take care of things that needed to be done to get the house on the market. However, he helped us find the people to do the work that was needed as well as someone to do an estate sale, which was really helpful. Jonathan Gildon made selling my dad's house in Florida very easy even though I was 1200 miles away and my dad was 1000 miles away. He suggested the right price, he arranged for a landscaper, house cleaner, and took a slightly cluttered house and quickly staged it so it showed like it should. I really lucked out finding him. I can't imagine a better choice. A real down to earth pleasure to deal with kind of guy. No baloney, no ego, and he gets the job done. Took a week or so to get it ready and it sold in a week and closed in another week or two.
