My husband and I bought our first used RV, Thor Class C Motor Coach, from the Orlando store and we couldn’t be happier with the service and attention we received from the minute we stepped into the store throughout the delivery. Misty was our seller, and what a pleasure to work with!! She was very knowledgeable, asked the right questions to better understand our needs, VERY patient with us newbies to this life, and excellent communication skills. Then we worked with David E. in the Finance department, who provided excellent financing advice (as well as camping advice!!). His clear understanding of the whole process made us feel confident in making the right decisions. Last, but not least, Matthew with the Delivery dept. Very easy going, patient, and familiar with our motor coach. He walked us through all the ins and outs of our unit, taking detailed notes on any findings and quickly submitting these to the Service dept. to get them addressed before delivery. The detailing of the unit was spotless!!! Highly recommend visiting this store… we surely will…in a very distant future!! Happy Camping!!

My Mom and Dad, I bought two Rv from LaMesa in Sanford we went to pick them up and something’s were not complete but Dallas and his service team took right care of it and Wendy the delivery lady was right there making sure of everything he needed. And as far as sales I feel there could have been better communication about as far as the stuff being completed and making sure we got told about the paperwork we needed but Victor was very patient and understanding in helping us get it all sence we were not told we needed all that. I will give service team and delivery team and victor in finance a 5 on this sale and the sales team a 3 on this sale and overall everyone was kind and helpful and if you are looking for a RV go to LaMesa they make it right

Finally pulled the trigger and purchased a travel trailer. Found La Mesa by chance when we were traveling back from Orlando. Met Dusti and explained we only were looking with no plan on purchasing that day. She was extremely helpful and showed us any unit we wanted. Found a few we liked and wanted to be kept up to date on any new incoming units.

She did just that. Kept us in the loop about exact models that were coming in. She called us on a Thursday about a unit they just got on the lot and we went down to look Friday. She had it all set up and had made sure nobody had even been in it. All the negotiations were done in the unit which was nice.

I should loosely use the word “negotiate” as they matched the numbers we asked for on the first attempt. Will definitely be back and highly recommend using La Mesa.

Just wanted to give a LOUD shout out to my Service Manager Ashley Newton and the (2) techs, Rafael & Eli performed extensive water damage repair to my 2016 Jayco Greyhawk which were completed just 12 days ago. They also worked in concert quickly with Progressive Insurance that coved some of the repair costs. It was a very seamless process.
Our house reno started 11 days ago and we have been living in it since the process started. What a pleasure it was during Hurricane Nicole last night to know (and see) that we are finally watertight and free of the all the mold that was present b4 the repairs. During the repairs we were invited to see the damages and also to keep tabs with the process. Ashley was superb every time we called interacted with here. Rafael & Eli were also very accommodating when we visited. I can't say enough about the excellent service my wife and I received. I will always speak highly of La Mesa RV in Sanford and of course they are now my source for any repairs we may need. Please make sure they are recognized for their efforts.

My family had a wonderful experience working with Anthony Viviani at La Mesa RV in Sanford! Anthony wasn’t pushy at all and allowed us to look at many options without any pressure. Thomas was our orientation person he was great! Showed us the ins and outs of our new RV. Our sales people were Vick and Chris, both were very knowledgeable. Our finance person Lisa was a pleasure to work with! J.D. and Vince in the service department were on top of our add on before our delivery. The installer of our new hitch Robert was very helpful explaining how to use the new hitch! Overall well done to all involved with our purchase! La Mesa RV of Sanford Fl was recommended by a friend for sales and service. Any automobile, boat or RV dealership is only as good as their service department (my opinion). After only a few short weeks several minor warranty issues come up. The service department (Service Tech Dallas) did a great and very reasonable time frame fixing our issues. We’re pleased with our purchase and service.

We had the pleasure of working with Sheldon. What a great guy ! The whole process was great ! He was very easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable, he went above and beyond ! During our delivery Gavin was patient and took his time showing us everything we needed to know about our new toy hauler. David was very nice and made sure everything went smooth. This is our first time dealing with LaMesa RV. We had been looking long and hard to find our model and LaMesa actually had just received 2 from manufacturer. Our salesman, Victor, worked to get us the deal we were asking. We're very happy with the entire staff from Sales, Finanace, Service and Delivery. An all around low pressure, pleasant experience. Grand Design is a great value and great quality. We are happy.

We arrived at La Mesa in Sanford, FL to purchase our first RV. Thank goodness we were met by David Serafine who guided us through the many, many RV's for sale on site. After looking at several, David figured out exactly what we were looking for. He took us to the ultimate RV, the RV of our dreams. He was fantastic to work with, answered every single question, answered the phone every time we called and was right there to help us during our many visits to check out the motor home. We have never owned any kind of RV before. We had both never even walked onto an RV lot until yesterday. But, it was time to upgrade from tent camping out west to something more substantial. David Serafine greeted us as soon as we walked in the door yesterday. I wasn't crazy about starting our shopping on a Saturday but, we did. I had an idea of the type of vehicle that I wanted to buy. I had a few items that were important to me. The two most important items were I wanted nothing too big and cumbersome and I wanted a decent, normal bathroom. As soon as I told David what I had in mind, he told me knew what would be the perfect vehicle for us. I had a van-type vehicle in mind. But after seeing a few of those, I knew that wouldn't work. Then, he took me to the vehicle that he said would be perfect! As soon as I walked inside that vehicle I knew! Yep! This is the one! It had everything I was looking for at a price less than what I was expecting to spend. We went on a test drive with David. We had a picnic lunch together at our local, Gemini Springs Park. Coincidentally, "Gemini" is the brand of the camper. It was a very laid back, pleasant experience. David's personality was perfect for me! He was knowledgeable, not pushy, friendly and calming. We had NO plans on purchasing our 1st camper vehicle on the very first day. Nor, did we plan on necessarily buying at the first place we stopped at. But, we did! And we're both very happy with our decision. I am super enthused with how the transaction went. And, I am super impressed with David Serafine! The sale's manager Nathan was also great to work with as well. We both can't wait to pick up our new vehicle. We are both HAPPY CAMPERS! 😁

It took us more than a year before we pull the trigger on buying an RV. We’re glad to meet Don Crisp who was our sales rep. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Don listened to our needs and work with us extensively. He even walked out furbaby when we were taking care of financial paperwork. We were at an interstate rest stop and a Roadtrek Zion parked next to us. We had been talking abpout a Class B. After talking with them and all the good things they said about LaMesa we decided to check LaMeas out and we had the same good experience!! We ended up buying a Roadtrek Zion!!!
