Rasha Beg, MD

Dr. Rasha Beg is not only very smart, but she also genuinely cares and wants the best quality of life for her patients. I am so grateful to be under her wise care and treatment.

After being diagnosed with Left Breast Cancer (TNBC) on 08/06/19, I was referred to Dr. Rasha Beg (Oncologist, Chemo) for treatment. My first encounter with Dr. Beg was on 08/29 and her regiment of treatment started. There were so many times when the process was stymied (i.e., Hurricane Dorian, extended Labor Day weekend, Covid-19) and Dr. Beg interjected herself to get my treatment going again. Overall, her treatment was outstanding, which leads me to her staff which I affectionately call the "Minions" because that was their Halloween customs. Their names are Emma (Med. Assistant), Denise (Front Desk Administrator), Tanya (RN), Kerrian (RN) assisted me numerous times with the administration of treatment ordered by Dr. Beg. There was a time when my numerical indicators reversed so I was put in 6-wk radiation therapy and my pain pills ran-out with Dr. Beg on vacation Tanya asked the Radiation Oncologist to make the script. Today is 05/21/2020 and my treatment continues with wonderful results, no more tears, pain scales at 10 or above. On my first evaluation by Dr. Beg last year her stated goal was to make me feel comfortable and now, I am that. More than thanks to all, Song Dougherty

Although it was just one phone call with my experience of Dr. Beg, I am very impressed with her. She was on the phone immediately after calling her office, pleasant , concerned, and most helpful. I am a healthcare provider also, and this is remarkable, after having to contact many M.D.s and having to wait.

Dr. Beg is fantastic! Always takes her time to answer all questions.she is very intelligent and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

All staff is easy to work with and friendly. Always answers the questions I have.
