A dead car battery is not a fun way to start the day. Thankfully Rebecca and Marvin made the process of buying and installing a new battery easy! Marvin provided incredible customer service and was a pleasure to work with.

This store went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. The manager, Rebecca, and her associates were able to assist me with an issue that customer service could not address. I will come back to this location so long as I live in Decatur.

The store manager Rebecca is the best she called us back and replaced our battery when an employee had just sent us off saying it couldn't be done. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional

I just want to express my gratitude to this location for always having what I need in stock. I also had the best customer service representative (Belsita), who helped me choose the right brake light and replace my brake light. She was so kind. I had a hectic day. She helped me and made my shopping experience fast and reliable. Not only did she switch my break light in a timely manner, she went above and beyond to remove the old one and guided me through the process. Very gentle with my car and paid extreme attention to details. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and confident. Belsita's customer service, cleanliness, and the availability of products at this location make me always come back to this AutoZone. Thank you :D

I was almost scammed by True Automotive when they were about to charge me 115 for a new engine filter. Thankfully I trusted my
Gut and said no thank you. I went to this autozone and Rebecca was soooo sweet. She helped me find the right filter for me car and actually helped me change the filter right then and there. Under three minutes! I am a young girl and she really helped me out! Thank you so much Rebecca !!

A moment that we all hate our car battery dying. Well my experience was a blessing in disguise. Ms. Bekita was on site and changed my battery with no hesitation. Her knowledge for vehicles was mind blowing, she actually influenced me to learn more. When entering an auto parts store I am a deer in headlights. Knowing there are employees like Ms. Bekita present makes me feel at ease. Her knowledge and passion makes the brand stand out.

Although, the Store Manager Rebecca was working alone, she was very attentive and courteous to myself and the other few customers as she helped us all simultaneously. She was knowledgeable, communicated effectively, and remained pleasant even as business picked up. She took the time to change my battery and get me back on the road. I appreciate her!

Jody was amazing! Competent, kind, down-to-earth, and most importantly HONEST. Excellent experience and customers service overall. This is definitely the only location I'll be going to from now on.

A huge shout out to the store manager Rebecca. In our hour of need, and during a rain storm, Rebecca changed the battery of our VW and did it in a way that we didn't need to get the memory restored!
Then the next day Rebecca was there to help us again as we had bought the wrong wiper blades - she got us the right set and installed them!

Battery went out in my girlfriend's truck, came here to buy one, and installed it myself. Jody and Mr. Clarence were very helpful and nice to me despite the long lines, aggressive customers, phones ringing off the hook, and their manager being unnecessarily pushy. They kept it professional, and I applaud them for it. 💯🫡

Great experience. I’m always so embarrassed when I need to replace anything for car because I know absolutely nothing. My windshield wiper had come off so I needed a new one. Had no idea what kind to get or how to put them on. BB (or Bebe) helped me and even put them on herself! Highly recommend. Quick service. Thank you so much!

Amazing staff! I went in this morning to get a new battery for my car fob. The battery was not in stock. When the store manager, Rebecca, found out I had taken Uber because I couldn't start my car, she insisted on having her employee, Tocarra, drive me to another store with the manager's car to buy one. She then told Tocarra to give me a ride home! I was very touched by their generosity and caring (I didn't even buy anything!). I will definitely go back to this store for their great customer service. Thanks Rebecca and Tocarra.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Friendly over the phone, helpful service when I came in. The associate helped me install a new battery and explained some tips for routine maintenance and everything. I will definitely be back!
