CVS

If i could give the pharmacist and her team 100/10 i would. They are the hardest working group of people and always make time. my RX is on supply chain issues and she went out of her way to tell me where i could try and go and what else she had in stock. She didnt need to do this, I am so grateful for them. I just wish people would be way more patient with them! They are working as hard as they can.

I came in with a concern from another location and the gentleman on duty, Ray, was kind enough to do an exchange for me with no issues! Thank you so much Ray for making my day!

The pharmacist is the kindest person I've ever seen in a CVS. I was in extreme pain and this was my 3rd CVS stop in order to get the medicines sooner. She realized I was in great pain and got my medicines within 30 minutes which was amazing considering that wait time in all other CVS were over 4 hours, I was in severe pain for over 48hrs and could barely walk. Big shout out to the kind pharmacist I was lucky to met yesterday!

Yes the drive through line was long. It’s a pandemic. As someone who couldn’t go inside due to my child still being in isolation period from Covid - the pharmacist or tech was super nice and helped me get a better cost for my dogs medicine. Cut the cost in half- thanks!

I have been using this Lawrenceville Hwy/Frazier Rd CVS for 10 years since moving to Decatur. It is not the most convenient location since I am no longer in the neighborhood; I return because of Dr. Patel and the pharmacy staff. I have had a couple of surgical procedures in the past 5 years. NEVER a problem with prescriptions. I hardly ever use drive up since I usually need some type of store item. Also, I would not get to conveniently ask questions from drive up.

Yes, this is a small, sometimes not well-stocked CVS but my prescriptions are ALWAYS ready when promised and Dr. Patel and the staff are ALWAYS so accommodating. This location reminds me of the neighborhood pharmacies from my childhood; everyone knows your name!!!
Hope they are around for a LONG, LONG time.

I've been getting my meds her for years and never had an issue. It's a pretty busy location but everyone has always treated me well.

Worst pharmacy ever. Rude, condescending staff that could care less about the customers. 40 minute wait in drive thru and inside. Never have enough people working. And the staff that is there is unbelievably incompetent. Don't go there!

This is my Pharmacy and I have found them to be very helpful, professional and very pleasant. So if you're unhappy with your Pharmacy I would recommend changing to my CVS.

I'm a regular there so they knew me by name. Very polite and knowledgeable staff.

Always have a very good experience with this pharmacy. In fact, it's further for us than 4 other CVS locations, but we drive to this one specifically because of their pharmacists and staff.
