Blaine Taylor and Sawyer Thompson with live oak roofing were awesome to work with. Sawyer came out multiple times to help me with paperwork and all of my insurance paperwork in order. Blaine stayed at my residence the entire day updating me on the progress of my roofing as the crew was working and sent multiple pictures. And then the roofing crew showed up around 630am and by 6 pm completed my house over 5000 square feet. They cleaned all around my house leaf blowing my porches and patio. Magnet to pick up any nails that there tarps might not have caught. Was probably cleaner after they left than before they started. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Live Oak Exteriors did a great job replacing our roof! Jordan gave us really good service, when we had to decide on the roof color. Then he maintained good communication while trying to schedule the work, as we navigated some weather issues. Steven, the project manager, did an excellent job the day of the installation. The roof looks great and the experience was very pleasant! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Live Oak! They put our new shingle roof on and the whole process was a breeze. Jonathan Hill was super helpful talking us through the whole process from working through the insurance process and then helping us pick out what would be best for our home. Always on time and there if we had any questions.
Blaine Taylor was our project manager and he did a wonderful job! All the guys were on time for the job and worked diligently until the job was finished and went the extra mile to make sure everything was cleaned up and looking great before they left our home.

The crews were meticulous about their work, and even their cleanup. From the first call to the install I cannot say enough wonderful things about Live Oak and level of customer care! Jordan, our salesman, was available after hours when I would think of last minute questions and never hesitated to let me know if he didn’t know but would find out. Our Project Manager, Luke, went above and beyond keeping me in the loop every step of the way with the install. The team was in and out in one day and they cleaned up without leaving a trace (other than leaving a phenomenal roof 🙂) I’ve let them know we would happily leave a yard sign in our yard to let everyone know who to trust when they need a new roof or repair. Just had our roof replaced by Live Oak and everything was wonderful. From the first interaction to the end Michael took care of everything. We had so much trouble before Live Oak trying to get a company willing to work with our Insurance Company. Michael and Live Oak jumped right in and dealt with all the details and even anticipated any issues we might of run into with the insurance company.

I am beyond satisfied with Live Oak. Salesman Kyle helped with filing our insurance claim, got us an estimate, got the process going extremely quickly! The day of installation, the crew was at our house by 6:30AM. The crew was extremely professional and very quick and efficient! The whole roof was removed and the new one put on by late afternoon, and everything was clean and spotless when they left at approximately 5:00PM! Project manager Steven was phenomenal. He stayed with the crew all day making sure they had everything they needed and giving direction as needed. I would use this company again, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs roof work or a roof replacement! I wish I could leave 100 stars!

Josh and his team Blayne and Hugo did such a great job patching our roof after storm damage made a mess of our interior paint. The team was quick and efficient and had pictures of the damage and let me know step by step how they planned to repair the damage and the costs were well within our budget. Thanks guys again!!!

This is now the third time I've worked with Live Oak Exteriors on my home. Blaine was outstanding during the new roof insulation keeping me updated with drone images of the work in progress. I was out of town attending my son's wedding and Blaine took care of everything including the clean-up leaving my property spotless. Steven & Jesse Dobson whom I've worked with before from Live Oak handled all the inspections, insurance documentation, paperwork and really got this project moving. I highly recommend Live Oak and have recommended their services to 3 different homeowners since I started working with them. Do not hesitate to call them.

I have dealt with a few contractors since I have purchased my home and I must tell you these guys are the best of the best. Jonathan is a wonderful man to deal with very much a professional and your friend at the same time. He walked me through every step in the process and dealing with my insurance company I am pleased with him and to top it all up the project manager Blayne was just amazing as well he made sure to stay on the site over seeing the team so all go well. The whole team was meticulous and knew what they were doing. I will recommend them to everyone all day every day. If you have a roofing project or thinking of one Jonathan is your man to connect trust me you will be happy you did.

The whole process has been easy. The group really knows what they are doing, very patient and on top of things. Very informative and understanding. Jesse was our salesman and he was easy to work with and resourceful. Luke was our project manager and was ahead of everything and knew what he was talking about and was great with his crew. The roofers themselves were great. Very efficient, clean, and a good group of guys to be around. Steven one of the managers was great as well, very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process and making us feel at ease. I am very happy with my choice to hire Live Oak for my roof replacement. We got a few quotes, and Live Oak was not the cheapest option, but they were definitely the most knowledgeable and thorough. The salesman, Jordan, went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us get exactly what we needed. He even came over to our house on a Sunday to show us shingle samples and explain the different warranty options. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Luke, who managed the installation, was also very helpful and diligent. I know that replacing a roof is a messy business, but they cleaned everything up and left our yard in immaculate condition.

He kept us updated on progress with calls, texts and photos throughout the day. He even brought packages to our door so the delivery driver wouldn't have to navigate through the piles of demoed shingles!
The crew did a great job, was courteous, and clean-up was outstanding. I did a thorough check after they left and only found 5 nails!
Considering the thousands of nails they removed that day, I am impressed!

Working with Seth from day one has been a seamless process. He went above and beyond to help us get this process approved and scheduled!

Within 12 hours of material being delivered, I received a call from Steven introducing himself as the PM and letting me know the crew was onsite working. He kept me up to date as the work was ongoing. When finished, he called to let me know work was completed and the area around the was cleaned up.

Fantastic experience with Live Oak Roofing! Dave Johnson was a great help in working with the insurance company and us to get it all set up. The day of the work, Blayne Taylor was on site all day to ensure quality work. The crew was terrific as well and the clean up meticulous. To minimize disruption to us (and our dogs), the crew and Blayne worked sunup to sundown to get it all done in a single day which was really appreciated. Blayne also kept me updated throughout the day with varying angles drone images of my roof so I could see the progress. Very pleased all around.

We recently had our roof replaced at Georgian Lighting Gallery. Sawyer was very helpful, professional and always just a phone call away. He walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions. Once Blayne and the team came to install the roof it was completely done in 1 day. The job site stayed clean all day and once they were finished everything was picked up and the entire parking lot was blown off. We recently had the pleasure of working with Live Oak Roofing to install a new roof on my home after it was damaged by wind and hail. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks in large part to Tyler (our roofind specialist) and Blayne's (or project manager) expertise and professionalism.

This was a huge relief for my wife and I, as we were worried about navigating the insurance process on our own.

I had my roof replaced a few days ago and I had a great experience from the beginning of the process. Sawyer was our sales rep and he made everything so easy.
