My fiancé and I purchased a 2012 MDX from Byron almost 2 weeks ago. He is very professional and an honest salesman. I never had a moment where I felt uncomfortable during the entire process. He didn't push us or try and trick us into making a deal like a Brand Name dealership would have. The MDX rides like a dream. Everything that he said he did/had done to the car had actually been taken care of and done properly. If we're ever in the market for another car we will be returning to Byron.

What a small world! I recently visited Byron and was impressed with how he listened to my needs and were able to provide me with a number of options that fit my budget. Byron was patience and knowledgeable. He took time to look at options and followed up in a timely manner. He runs a small lot so there isn’t jacked up dealership fees or hidden admin fees and if your like me every dime matters!! I would highly recommend buying from them if you're in the market for a vehicle.

I have been in the market for a previously used vehicle for quite some time. I did alot of research online and found ShopAuto! They had great prices and extra clean, quality vehicles. I bought my 07 MDX here. From the start the salesperson Byron answered all of my questions. His pricing is super fair and I couldn’t be happier with my MDX. I’ve been done dirty by other used car dealers but When it was all said and done shop auto bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed. A 2008 Honda Accord 2 door coupe was purchased last October by my girlfriend. What a mistake and misfortune that purchased car ended up being. The car it’s self was a solid car but looks are deceiving in most cases with used cars. This car has had issues since the first week we were handed the keys. The cars VTech engine was lagging the power the VTech should have. Later it was diagnosed with having a bad VTech solenoid with a blown seal which meant the VTech wasn’t engaging because of the faulty seal and switch. The oil is leaking all over the engine due to multiple issues. The brakes were shot three weeks after purchase. Front pads, back pads and rotors had to be replaced. The timing chain cover seal was blown as well causing oil to leak onto the serpentine belt which later caused the belt to fail. Headlights on the car are a very low light making it really hard to see the road at night and there aren’t any high beams they don’t exist on the car because of an owner prior to us installing after market bulbs and dismantaling the high beams. A safety issue from the start. Total cost of repairs to the car since purchased $850. Another $1000 of work needs to be done on a car worth only $3000. We paid more than twice that for the car. This goes out to future customers who come across ShopAuto.. “WARNING” Before you buy a car from ShopAuto take it to a reputable mechanic and have them go thru and over the car with a fine comb don’t use his mechanic because he’ll lie thru his teeth. Unfortunately for us it was a hard lesson learned purchasing a car from ShopAuto. BUYERS BEWARE.
