LAZ Valets at the Hotel Colee damaged my brand new car and refused to admit fault for it. This company is shady and deceitful. Avoid these guys like the plague

The worst valet experience ever. Manager (Elijah Shao) is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Much better to park yourself and avoid them.
