Exceptional service!! They came out on Thanksgiving within an hour of calling them. Anything plumbing related is never fun, especially on a holiday. But they put us at ease and were so kind. Definitely found our go to plumber as new home owners!

Michael gives the kind of great customer service that every business should provide, but is sadly, rare these days. He was very knowledgeable and caring and concerned about what he did for us. He takes his job and what he does for his customers very seriously. He also has fair pricing and goes above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the leaky pipe was replaced and the new faucet were installed correctly.

I had an emergency leak and I called Mike on a Friday. He made a few calls to his guys and got someone out there before the end of the business day. I appreciated the responsiveness as my basement was flooding and I desperately needed help. His guy did an excellent job. I asked him to check out my ice maker while he was there. He determined the copper line was broken and he installed a new line. Fast and professional!

I am thrilled I found Dynamike Empire! I had an estimate from a different plumber for over $2000 because he said I needed a new regulator, expansion tank and copper tubing. All I wanted was for my faucet to be replaced because it was old, leaking and I actually had to use pliers to get the hot water to turn on and off. They came the day I called to give me a free estimate. 2 days later, and for less than a third of the other estimate, I got a beautiful new, working faucet. I did not need any of the expensive things that the other plumber had quoted me. Mike and Angela communicated with me constantly, came when they said they would and showed genuine concern for my plumbing cost anxiety. Stayed true to their estimate. Plus, Mike even helped me move a heavy item in my backyard (just because he's a good guy). It is so hard to find hard working, honest businesses out there. I really lucked out with Dynamike

Mike was amazing. He did a great job taking care of my plumbing disaster! He is very knowledgeable and experienced and thoroughly explained his plan before we got started. He and Angie even came back the next day when I had a different issue and to help, they recommended a treatment plan to help me keep my system running well. I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent and quick service . I called Mike for an emergency water heater repair. Other companies told me that the earliest they could arrive to my place was the following business day (anywhere from 4-7pm). Mike told me that he could come to my place within 30 minutes. As soon as he arrived, he diagnosed my water heater and got the issue resolved in 20 minutes. He went above and beyond and even noticed that my water hose was leaking. Instead of giving me an estimate and charging me for the damage, he fixed my water hose for free. Mike and his company are hard working people people that I can trust for my plumbing repairs. I recommend dynamike empire for anyone with their plumbing needs.

He came highly recommended through my neighbor of 30 odd years. We needed a quote on our plumbing, home addition. We were told get more estimates which we did. We received his detailed quote later that next day for the plumbing as well as for the complete project! (electrical, roofing, to flooring)

I had several leaking faucets, I was told by other plumbers, it wasn't
worth repairing and needed to be replaced. After inspection of my faucet, he identified the brand immediately and replaced it with no issues. The previous company, which was a " local favorite ", with terrible reviews, was it lack of experience, or poor work ethics. Mike is a very humble modest guy that values his customer. He told me, all plumbers don't make A's, and I replied, out with the old, in with the new. I would definitely recommend this company
