I had a good experience renting car from this office. I had booked a car from two weeks before. They had the exact size of the car I had booked (midsize sedan) and the paperwork was done in less than 10 min. the car was very clean inside.

First, it started with me not being able to find an available rental car close to my hotel so I had to uber 45min out to this Decatur location where I encountered Brett and Star. Both of these staff members were very caring and patient with each customer that walked through those doors. I specifically saw Star preparing cars while Brett was making sure everyone was being served and cared for while they waited for their vehicle. Brett's knowledge of the community and even the features of the car were very helpful as I was visiting for the first time. They made my frustration with having to travel so far to pick up a rental less painful and more appreciative. I could tell, by how he addressed each customer by their last name, Brett wasn't new to the customer care business. It certainly showed up in his attentiveness to me and other customers. I would recommend and rent from this location again as long as I receive the type of care I received on that busy Saturday!

I reserved online with Expedia. Sadly when I arrived I was told they couldn't accommodate a same day reservation at that time. Left out but went back in to ask if they would have something available the next day. The young man checked the system and said that they would. He updated my reservation and said that I could come back the next day at 8am. I wasn't about to play with their time knowing I wouldn't be on time at 8am lol and opted for a 10 am pick up. The car was ready for me when I arrived. The other young man there was also pleasant when I returned a little while later saying I was having issues with the vehicle ( I realized I had the car in D1 after he drove to check it smh). The young lady that was there was also pleasant. At the time of return I actually spoke with each of those employees and they were all still very pleasant and helpful. It is my intent to rent from them again later this month.

Brett was very accommodating and professional.

We booked our reservation through Expedia and unfortunately this location didn’t have any cars available (there needs to be a better system for this). If it wasn’t for Brett and a no show, we would’ve been stuck and unable to get home.

Thank you Brett for working with us and doing what you can with what you’ve got. He deserves a bonus or promotion.

I came in on Tuesday 5/17, and had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 (via State Farm). The young lady (Jonelle) who greeted me was very friendly and let me know that they do not open until 8:00AM. I explained to them that State Farm told me I had a reservation for 7:30. Jonelle and Jabree were very quick and friendly, and got me out of there in less than 10 minutes (before 7:45)!! I was able to make it to work on time, which I was very thankful about. I am so glad I decided to go with Hertz at this location!!

Don't trust all the reviews. These guys are superb. I booked a truck two days in advance(pretty much last minute by all rental agency standards) and they were able to pull some strings to get the truck on location within perfect timing for my needs. Excellent communication. If you're reading this, and wondering if you should give this Hertz location your business; listen to me very carefully.... The 2020 Chevrolet Silverado that they booked for me was the perfect fit for my needs. When I arrived on location, I noticed that the store was only being operated by two people. TWO PEOPLE! And they were exceptionally polite, professional, and courteous despite being constantly bombarded by walk-in's and the phone ringing off the hook. If you want to book a car with Hertz, CHOOSE THIS LOCATION BEFORE ANY OTHER INSIDE THE PERIMETER!!! I am 110% satisfied with my customer service experience at this location and I will not be renting anywhere else from now on.

Mr. Kendrick and staff were very accommodating helpful and professional. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything concerning my rental. Mr. Kendrick also made sure I was picked up on time because my car was being repaired due to an accident and upon my return he asked if I needed assistance getting to my vehicle. It's not often that you feel genuine concern from people but I most certainly did with them. Thanks so much for a wonderful hassle free experience!

The guy that helped me when i return the car was amazing. He drove me back to the body shop to pick up my car. I wish i could remember his name. He made up for the experience i had when i initially picked up the rental.

Hertz Car Rental - in DECATUR provided excellent customer service while recently renting with them. I was a little skeptical about the location at first but after working with Karla and Alan, they were are to get me in a rental hassle free with customer service that is unmatched! . The vehicles was clean and in excellent operating condition. During this time of COVID19 pandemic, they exercise strict social distancing policies and assure that the vehicles are cleaned and sanitised at pick up time. All transactions are touch-free and secure. Thank you Hertz - The customer service is always top notched!

I have to frequent this Hertz at least once a week for work travel, and I must say that James and Jabree are the consummate professionals who ceaselessly provides excellent customer service. When there is an issue, they rectify it immediately. Trust me, this is the Hertz to visit!

I've been renting from this location over a year and a half now and it's one of my favorite locations to rent from. Customer service is AWESOME and Mr. Coolidge and his crew works very hard to make things go smoothly for the customer from the time they walk in the door until they leave out. ☺When things go wrong (beyond their control) they ALWAYS go over and beyond for you to make it right. I've been renting from Hertz for a very long time. I see where ppl post about issue. I think they just don't realize this isn't fast food. It may take longer for them because they try really really hard to assist their customer to the best of their ability. I've never had an issue. Hertz will always be my first choice!

I am impressed with the level of professionalism by multiple employees at this location. I will continually rent from here. Great personalities, easy to work with, and they try to save you money and ensure you leave with the best deal possible!

I forgot a large duffle bag of my kids DVDs, my baby’s stroller, his jacket and jumper cables in a car I rented after exchanging for a bigger vehicle, they were diligent in contacting the renter who rented that car I forgot my items in and that renter returned all of my items!! These young ladies and gentlemen are amazing and I really appreciate how they handled the situation not one thing was missing!! Everything went smoothly with my exchange and my kids now have all the room in the world in my new vehicle, they deserve 5 stars and the upmost respect!! Thank you see you all soon!!

Budget locked my card down. Enterprise was in a sketchy underground parking lot and wanted 2 utility bills and not a phone bill. Wouldn't use my check stub and full coverage car insurance. Hertz gave me a nice clean car based on my credit with my insurance debit card ss card.

Great experience. These folks get you in and out in no time. If you have something complex or something out of the ordinary, they of course work with you as much as you need, and at the same time they knock out the other folks lickity split. They are just great.

I’m very pleased with the service I received from this rental car establishment Mr. Cooliage Brown was nothing short of amazing. I reserved a car at the snellville location and they didn’t have any cars which put me in a bind, but Mr. Cooliage made sure that I got a car and went out of his way to make sure I was set to go!! I will most definitely be using Hertz every time I am in need of a rental car! They really put the customer 1st !!!!!
