I’ve rented from this location several times and they never cease to amaze. The staff at the Buckhead location always take amazing care of me. Mason is my all-time favorite, but even in his absence, I’m always well taken care of. I usually do my booking online and when I come in, service is prompt and easy. I’m on my way quickly. I’ve never run into any issues. The vehicles are all very nice, new and clean. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a rental.

I had a great experience renting here. All of the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I never had to wait very long for assistance. Process is quick and simple. Ms. Linda is awesome she has great personality and will explain everything thing to you to ensure a great experience with your rental. Mason is also a great help with an amazing personality. Buckhead location is always clean and the staff is awesome. My agent Diamond was so professional and knowledgeable about the company and also the vehicles. Her personality was great. She smiled the whole time. The vehicle I received was clean. Definitely would recommend this company.

The best car rental place hands down. Easy booking, the pickup was no time at all and I had the option to extend the rental online and not even come back to the store. Dropping off was easy as well. Mary met me outside very sweet and helpful, we checked the car together, I signed and I was on my way. I will definitely be renting from them in the future and only them. And the only reason I returned it is because my funds were getting low. Not to mention I had a 2024 volts wagon Jetta never driven a vw before but must say I’m a new lover of the brand.

Diamond was wonderful, she made my experience smooth. Before I came here I read the reviews with her name in it and I was excited when I got there and she was there. She took great care of me, another pro is that it was only me in the building so the process took less than 30mins. I appreciate your service Diamond.

Wonderful staff. Mason helped me out had me in and out with no hesitation. Linda is also very knowledgeable and nice. The entire staff goes above and beyond to answer and questions you may have or make sure you’re well taken care of. Process was simple straightforward and quick .

I rented a car for an out of town get away for a couple of days and Mark made my experience incredibly easy and smooth. It’s been a few years since I experienced premier customer service. Since the pandemic it seems that many businesses throughout the Atlanta area has been lacking on the overall customer experience and expectations. I have to say both Isiah and Mary went above and beyond in helping me secure a vehicle as my car was stolen and I was in desperate need to get back on the road. From the time I walked into the Buckhead location I was greeted and ushered through in a timely fashion. I was also given a free upgrade! I will definitely be renting from the Sixt Buckhead location in the future. Keep up the outstanding service!!

Iseyah was so pleasant and professional. He went. above and beyond trying to get us the best deal and car possible. I havent always had the best service here but he was extremely and polite too. I’ll definitely love to be assisted by him in future.

The customer service, wait time, and knowledgeable expertise was absolutely reassuring I made the right decision to rent with Sixt after most recently renting with Enterprise and Hertz. Mark was phenomenal!

It was busy when I pulled up, but the staff was friendly, efficient and quick. Got the car I wanted and was on my way. The car was clean inside and out with a full tank of gas. Return was simple, I walked in - handed my keys to an employee and left. Everything was processed that same day and the hold dropped of my card by Tuesday (Saturday Drop off). I also paid about $100 less for the 4 days I had this car from Sixt than I would have with another company for less of car. Definitely would recommend using this company in the future.

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Shannon in the buckhead, Atlanta location he truly turned my experience around with Sixt. He listened, understood and went above and beyond to make things better for me. A great smile and personality I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with him. I was treated absolutely disgusting and horrible at the ATL airport location. The agents there was rude and disrespectful. They were more concerned with personal conversations and talking of things they were going to do after work. I asked to speak to manager hoping to find a resolution to the problem I was having with the agent. Instead she acted more poorly than the representatives. It was almost as she was implying that I also could not afford the vehicle that I was wanting to rent. Her and another started to speak inappropriately about me as if I was not there. The overall company’s I don’t think I would rent from again unless I personally felt with mark. Other than that this will be my last time giving any of them my money after how I was treated.

My sixt experience was very pleasant and speedy. Mary Thomas was a great help in assisting me.
