The service at this Enterprise location was amazing!!!! All representatives were super nice and accommodating. They were patient and even willing to help me get into a car that was a little more convenient for me. I had a great rental experience and I will definitely use this location again. Thank you all for your kindness and hardwork. Oh, and they even greet their customers by last names which is so personable. Great Team.

The service from the Enterprise location was great. They were starting to sell out of vehicles, but I didn’t mind being patient because of the customer service of the staff. They kept me updated the whole time and handled all the customers in the lobby with the upmost professionalism, even when they weren’t greeted with the same tone. To Dante, Alyssa, and the other young lady that also works at the front, THANK YOU. I needed this rental for collision reasons and they made the process stress free.

Dante and the ladies were wonderful. Fast and quick check-in! Glad to see such a wonderful team there again. I had not visited this location since Victoria had been there as the manager. The customer service had gone down and they were not people friendly. I literally travel from location to location following Victoria. Now it appears I can start back renting from this location which is much closer and convenient to work. Great Job and follow-up Mr. Dante, you will be seeing me again real soon.

Great experience at this Enterprise location. I rented a car for over a month and everything was seamless. Car was clean, check-in and check-out was smooth and the friendly staff answered all my questions with patience . Special shout out to Dante and Kendra for their professionalism and courtesy. I rented for 10 days and the SUV was great. It was ready when I arrived and I was on the road in less than 10 minutes. Very fast return as well. This is a great group. Ashley does a professional job managing the office and I always rent at this Enterprise location.

I visited this location today. Shout out to Ashlee and Brianna you both made the car rental super easy. I received exceptional customer service. They both were very cordial, professional and made my experience enjoyable! No problems. They went above and beyond to make certain I was satisfied with the process. I really appreciate this team. I drove out in a lovely Nissan 2019 which was a welcomed surprise clean and in great condition. Thank you I will give this location repeat business!

I was referred to Enterprise for a rental after an auto collision by my insurance company. I went to pick up a rental this morning. Prior to picking up the rental I spoke with Bri on the phone she was friendly and helpful. Nelson helped me when I arrived. The rental pick up process was very smooth and efficient. Dropped my car off for minor repairs. They are backed up (Service King) To my surprise Enterprise picks you up from the body shop. I must say this is a fabulous perk. I was very pleased for the service they provided.

I visited this Enterprise to rent a van to go out of town. When I arrived the staff were pleasant and helpful. My credit card would not clear because of the amount so the manager was kind enough to let me run to the bank and deposit funds in another account. On the way back to the location I got a flat. When I arrived back while I was completing my transaction two of the employees were kind enough to fix the flat and it had started raining. I am so grateful for the help and support from the employees at this location and will always go back to them when I need a rental.

The team lead by their manager, Ashlee M. are extremely professional and efficient on getting quality rental vehicles for customers. Enterprise rental is my go to for courteous service.

We have rented from this Enterprise office a number of times over the last 2 years. I have been impressed with the customer service and attention to detail by the staff. The cars have been clean and reliable. When we rented from another outlet, the car was like riding in a big ashtray. For a trip last week, I picked up our car to begin our trip the next day. After driving it for a few hours, I decided it would not work for us and went back to Enterprise. They had another car available and switched out the cars quickly and in a friendly manner. Hard to find customer service like that these days, will continue to use them for our rentals.

I love this location. Before Covid, I was a regular here. Every week or two.

Location:
This location always has plenty of cars and a healthy staff level so I never have to wait or wait much at all. Its has easy access to 285 so you can get your car and jump right on the road or return it easily.

People:
The employees here are always great. Super nice and super professional. Especially the manager. She is the best. She runs a tight ship and is always super respectful and courteous to everyone.

The people was so nice from the beginning and to the end. Even though we had trouble with the first truck we rent but they took care of it real fast with no problem at all and I thanks them so much for help us out and be very nice 😊 ☺ thank yall again

My most recent Enterprise rental experience was truly awesome. They were very patient and courteous. 5 stars to both employees who were swamped at the time, but kept their composure and professionalism throughout. Truly a delight these two were. This was the Enterprise off of Lawrenceville Hwy & South Dekalb Mall. Great location. My go to spot for rentals.
