Neiman Marcus

Visited today to purchase a new fragrance. Nadya (I hope I spelled it right) at the Guerlain counter was so friendly and inviting. She offered a few recommendations, one of which I actually ended up purchasing. It was my first time working with Nadya today and look forward to doing more business with her in the future when I’m ready for more fragrances.

Visited from NYC, was looking for some shoes. The sales lady (sorry, dont remember her name) in the YSL shoe section was very patient and helpful. She definitely gave 5-star customer service!

The nicest people and amazing customer service at Neiman's and the top brands of course. Wonderful sales teams from Gicci to Channel, Trina Turk, Double JH and Moncler they have it all!

Great experience with associate Annick in men's fragrances. She was so pleasant and professional. Beautiful store too.

I'm not much of a shopaholic but this was a nice place to shop.

Had a person shopper,Ed(in Atlanta) help dress brides. He was amazing. Understood what was needed, zeroed in on their personal style, couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Within the hour, the perfect outfits were selected, paid for and off to be slightly altered. Newman's never disappoints.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The staff knew about the product that they sold and was able to explain in detail if I didn’t understand merchandise.

I bought a handbag here and was very satisfied .If you want to choose branded handbags , this is the brands for you to buy and it is very easy to return if you don’t like it. I love this place

Expensive… expensive… expensive. But a nice store if you can afford it. And they had a wine bar (see photo).

Love the way the store is set up by designer. It makes it easy to find what you like.

Enjoyed the women of Influence event that was held there

I had an exceptional and caring experience at Neiman Marcus with Tanya! She was incredibly helpful in planning outfit ideas and introduced me to the perfect selection of heels. But it didn't stop there - Tanya went above and beyond by providing me with fun attractions and tips for my trip to Greece. Normally, I prefer online shopping for its convenience, but Tanya's unforgettable service and her ability to make shopping fun for me have convinced me to come back to Neiman Marcus. Thanks to her, the whole experience was simply fantastic!

I love this place. They served wine while you browse the store. So classy.

Very nice store home of all of the superstars. They have Gucci, Prada and Balenciaga And any other name brand products and merchandise you can think of. Right in the heart of Buckhead I see why now. Being a visitor from Indianapolis as we have our own Fashion Mall. I was very impressed with how big this mall was. We will definitely come back.

I’m not one to write reviews but Luke and his team in the gowns department went above and beyond helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding reception. He had attention to detail, was stylishly dressed to a T, had the highest level of professionalism, and effortlessly recommended a beautiful gown that fit me just right when I asked for his help finding a white dress for my beachy French wedding ! I was also in a rush and was in and out of there in timely manner. Highly recommend asking for him if you need helping finding something at the Atlanta Neiman Marcus location !!

The men's shoea down stairs is amazing! Best selection and a great DJ.
