I am truly grateful for the guidance of the Go Getter Team during the purchase of my first investment property. Chris provided me and my family with education and guidance during this process. We had a lot of questions and we made a few changes to what we were looking for along the way. Chris was always patient and always prepared to give informed responses to help lead us through this process. Constanza was right there alongside me as we navigated the home search, offer, and finally the purchasing process. She was extremely responsive by phone, text, and email and was encouraging during those challenging times when people were overbidding and putting in crazy offers. Chris Williams is honestly the best real estate agent in Georgia, I mean the world. He is kind, generous, and will fight diligently for his clients to the end. Chris and his Go Getter Team recently sold our rental home, after we had moved out of state around ten years ago. We were referred by our property manager, Chris Compton of Omyra, Inc., after we had a phenomenal experience over several years with them and the tenants they found. It was a little bit of a nerve-wracking experience to contemplate, selling a home we hadn’t seen in years and being so far away, but had complete trust in Chris Compton’s referral. Chris Williams, Kalee Cox and the rest of the Go Getter Team are awesome! I am a little distrustful in general of realtors, and the honest, caring, conscientious ones who are also expert at what they do are true gems. Every step of the way they were patient, informative and helpful and we had no idea the process could go so smoothly! Chris gave his solid recommendations, laid out everything for us, listened and gave us the room to make our own decisions, with no pressure. In the end, the home was under contract immediately, we paid almost no carrying and no improvement costs after our dream tenants vacated, and we got a very fair price! There was one thing that went wrong, which was completely beyond their control, having to do with appliances I ordered. Chris went to let them in the house, and there was some confusion with the delivery. Even though Chris was out time and had to make another trip last minute to let in the right stove prior to closing, he was completely understanding and accommodating. I felt trusted and the ability to trust throughout this entire process, and cannot highly enough recommend Chris, Kalee and the rest of the team to anyone who might be buying and selling.

In short, Chris ‘‘Willa’’ Williams was always on my side working to make our house sale as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Chris was that he was always more focused on answering my questions and giving me good advice. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

Chris is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with. He was very responsive throughout the process to answer any questions I had. He listened to my wants and needs as well as guided out me of my fairytale of a dream home that I couldn't afford. Chris found my home that meet all of my "must haves" and within my budget. Chris is the best agent that I've ever worked with. He goes above and beyond every step of the way. Because of Chris, I was able to negotiate and seal the deal even when I was overseas with a 12 hour time zone difference. During walk-through, he literally crawled underneath the house to check and take pictures of the pipes that the owner agreed to fix.
