AT&T Store

Over 3 days and 2 states, I’ve been struggling trying to get into my own account to get a replacement phone (as the only authorized user). Though it’s been a complete headache, Dontarrius has been incredibly patient/helpful guiding me through this issue. Not only was he immensely valuable in finding a solution, but he was also beyond kind and personable. He did everything he could to solve to problem I was facing, and is the reason I’m still a customer (and brought a T-mobile user over) today! Cannot recommend this location enough :)

Xavier was a great help setting up my account. Had a great experience, and he has a great wealth of knowledge on all the phone and services and saving me money on my bill. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this location.

Dontarrius helped me today after hours of frustration in the phone with Att. He was able to calm me down. He was very friendly and outgoing. A very upbeat person and professional at the same time. He is a great asset to the company and represents the company well. Wish the customer service people on the phone were like him. He deserves a raise.

Derrick and Lee were amazing and so helpful. It can be frustrating to go to phone stores with a problem, but they were patient and to the point in helping me leave a happy customer. I appreciate how helpful and honest they are.

Good day I am not one to submit reviews however when someone goes beyond the call of duty or does a little of Xtra credit I must shine a light.

Ok right before the holiday I was about to leave town and dropped my phone. CRASH ...time for a new one.

I went to the nearest store i could fine- Brookhaven Located right outside of buckhead/ Chamblee ga.

It was pretty early and the store just opened. The gentleman who greeted me introduced himself as Xavier.
He advised me to take seat and or look around unless I was ready for help.

Ready for help I grabbed the opportunity. I know I wanted the same phone Updated version and I knew I wanted a different color I settled on the flip five. Xavier asked me why i'd like the phone at first I thought he was trying to change my mind but he actually was truly curious. On why i'd like the phone and why I was going to stay with it? I told him all the great advantages about it being small , able to fit in a small purse, I was able to actually keep it in small places all the cosmetic & girlie reasons . He did acknowledge all that was good and true . He also Impressed me by his knowledge of the phones features and his willingness to help me find the best phone for my needs. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions & compare along the other's. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. the entire experience was enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this store but most importantly mr.

Our Conversation ended up being kind of like a training session, a free training session in which I actually I learned so much about this small and mighty phone for no cost

As time progressed the rest of the staff continue to come into the The store along with customers. I noticed that every customer was handled delicately and greeted with a smile. I also noticed all the other sales reps would lean on Xavier for advice & direction. WOW I wasn't being helped by just a regular retail rap. He was actually the store manager (LUCKY ME) Which I found a little bit unusual i assume some managers sometimes don't want to work the floors. They more or less like to be hidden in the back and just take care of administrative worker, write ups but not Xavier, he was right in there in the thick of things keep in mind.
Btw I have to say this as well I didn't pick up on it because there was no need no need to. But Xavier is also bilingual, so he was caring for me & multi tasking with helping another couple that came in who needed some hand holding in their native tongue of spanish .

I can go on & on about my experience. I just wanted to say I hope this review helped someone sometimes it's good to go small because good things come in small packages and second. Don't judge a book by its cover b/c it can end up being a pretty good & interesting book

The staff were great! Walked me through all of my options so I could make the most informed decision on my phone upgrade.

I went 8 miles out of my way so I didn’t have to deal with the Northlake or Tucker employees.
Brookhaven employees are so friendly and compassionate to the older clientele.
Duke has been patient and attentive to my needs today and in the the future I will come to this store ONLY!!!

Originally came in to fix my tablet because it wasn’t connecting, but Xavier took time to look at my account. I served in the army and never knew AT&T did veterans discounts. He made sure I was set before I left. I saved on all my lines. Thank you everyone at the location.

We were having a difficult time with our trade-ins. After spending many hours trying to resolve the matter on the telephone (literaly about 10 to 12 hours), I decided to go to the store where they have access to all the right resources to help out in a situation like this. And that is exactly what Pamela, the store manager, and Destiny, her associate, did. We are so grateful and appreciative of their assistance and expertise getting things calmed down. (Hint: If you are ever struggling with a mobile phone related issue and phone support is not getting the job done, go to a store where they have access to the resources elsewhere in their company that can help you!)

I came in frustrated with a trade-in issue initiated 7 months prior. Called customer service and they routed me to the store. Upon arrival, it was clear that the representatives couldn’t assist me with the issue. However, they helped me get the right people on the phone and sat with me through the entire hour long call to ensure I get it resolved. I truly appreciate it. Shout out to PJ for all your help!

Such great costumer service. Had to go yesterday and today to fix a problem with a screen protector, but on both days the two workers I interacted with were extremely kind and made sure to explain everything to me so that if I ever needed to come back for a similar problem I knew what to do. They spoke with such enthusiasm and truly showed they care about the customer and even had such funny personalities it was hard to not smile.

Xavier and Lee are amazing! Stayed late after closing when my husband couldn't get there until 10 mins before closing. They were so helpful, the best help we've ever gotten at an at&t store!

Best AT&T I’ve ever been in very patient and effective in getting what you need done. Ms Pamela made sure I got everything I needed. Took her time explaining everything and allowed me time to make my mind up on what I wanted to do. If you need a phone or a upgrade or phone repair or just want to switch services Ms Pamela is the lady you need to see.

Went to the Brookhaven, Ga store to switch 4 lines over. Elijah was efficient, extremely competent, kind, personable and amazingly helpful. Huge kudos to him for making my first experience with AT&T a stellar one. Thanks Elijah!

I called the Brookhaven store and spoke with Myrical. I explained to her that my client was having a problem with his iPhone. She told me what steps to take over the phone. It solved the problem and my client was so happy. He uses his phone 24/7. Myrical was super nice and professional. Thank you Myrical

Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. He made my transaction super simple and easy to follow. Would not go anywhere else for my internet or phone needs. Go see Eddie!
