This location is extremely clean and updated. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in and was told it would be a few moments. Seconds later I was greeted by Tabitha and she took care of everything from there. Tabitha was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful that it instantly eased my nerves about having to switch phones. As anyone knows phone changes can be stress inducing but Tabitha took care of business and it was a wonderful experience because of that! I had been to three other metro locations in Decatur that couldn’t do what Tabitha did in thirty minutes. Thank you again!!

Sydnee is awesome! Every time I come in she is attentive and makes whatever I need to do easy. She always asks thorough questions and her awesome personality spreads!

Went to the location on Glenwood next to Atlanta Wings, they didn't have the pixel 6 in stock but they were able to locate one for me at the location on N. Decatur Rd. Service was friendly and helpful at both locations

Mark and Marteanna was very amazing they gave me the best customer service I would like to get them 10 stars, when I say the experience was everything I needed they explained everything so well, walked me through all the phones I was interested in. Word of they day go to metro on North Decatur rd.

I have been to almost 10 metropcs locations and without any doubt this is the best. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I upgraded my phone and also bought an iphone for my dad. The guy and also the young lady were so patient to help us. i'm sorry i dont remember their names. Highly recommend.
