Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead/Lenox Park

Everything was great. I just need to know the name of the body wash/shampoo/conditioner that you all have in the bathrooms.

It's the Marriott.... comfortable, quiet, home away from home ...
They are undergoing renovations right now but plz overlook that and enjoy your stay

We were greeted with a smile and top notch service. We're Lifetime Titanium Elite members and they honored our early check in and late check out.

They served a hot buffet style breakfast (eggs/sausage/potatoes or biscuits and gravy) while having some breakfast sandwiches. Oat meal, cereal, yogurt and juice.

The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. We were not bothered when our do not disturb sign was hung. Housekeeping kept up with all our requests for towel/linen exchanges.

Laundry on site taking quarters or an app in which you pay with your card.

Nice courtyard with fireplace, basket ball, a pool and some sitting areas. You see plenty of squirrels, chip monks and birds out there.

Parking is convenient on site at $12 a night (Oct 2022)

The price was a little cheaper in my opinion because it's an older building. So you notice things that need to be touched up or replaced. That being said it was all cosmetic from what I saw and I can live with it.

One of our favorite Residence Inn and that's due to the great staff.

Enjoyed my stay as always and being frequent Marriott Bonvoy visitor I'd like to give these guys 2 thumbs up. I witnessed a resident being loud and outer character but the staff handled it in the most professional manner. And also thanks for the hospitality and professionalism to Shay. I'll return soon.

The rooms were clean, beding clean, public and room bathrooms room, breakfast area clean and the entire outside area was clean at all times. The location of this hotel is in a very safe area for everyone! Shopping, food, necessities are also very close! The staff at this location work as a well oiled machine making sure everything gets done on a timely manner and making sure the entire hotel is ran like a well oiled machine!! The way the staff worked together was absolutely impressive as the husband and I travel nonstop, staying in hotels in the winter. We sleep in hotels most the year for work and rest for the last 7 yrs and this hotel and its staff has made it to our top 5 in the nation!! You will not be disappointed as the breakfast is cooked with care 😋 not over cooked and dried out, rather cooked with love as if their families are the ones eating it every morning!! We will return when in Atlanta!

Pleasantly surprised. Room seemed clean. Kitchen has 2 eye stove, microwave and full size fridge/freezer. Plenty of towels. Premium TV for free. Management was wonderful! Hot breakfast was a sausage wrap, but it was good enough. They also had oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, etc.

Nice hotel we stayed for our family reunion "Lewis" thanks for letting us use the lobby late in the evening and the India guy on evening shift is very nice always polite .. great customer service, and breakfast was good...I loved the way the rooms was made living room and bedroom separate

Being a fan of Marriott, there's no surprise my expectations are extremely high. I visited this location in July 2017 and had a pleasant experience. This experience was no different. Jennifer (manager) was very helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. She communicated when she was leaving for the evening and who I could count on if I had any concerns or requests. She was wonderful from check in to check out. I am truly pleased with the service received. Look forward to my next stay! Amazing work Jennifer!!

Hotel was clean, employees were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast bar was fantastic and the variety for different diets was a plus. The courtyard was spacious and beautiful. I didn't check out the pool, but it was clean and well kept. The location is great for any kind of shopping or restaurant one could desire.

Enjoyed a great vacation stay here. The front desk staff, breakfast staff, room attendants, and other staff we encountered on the grounds were all very friendly.
The rooms are very spacious and well kept. The kitchenette has just about everything you'd want for nights in. Bathrooms are well kept as well.
The pool and outdoor court facilities were nice and very well kept as well. We enjoyed the pool (perfect temperature, towels were always available, plenty of seating) and the basketball court during our stay.
Breakfast was pretty much on par with what I'd expect from a hot bar.
Only improvement I'd suggest is maybe upgrade the TVs in the rooms, but I work for the services side of a major electronics retailer....so maybe that's a shameless plug :)

The staff at the Residence Inn is extremely welcoming and friendly. I had an excellent stay and they accommodated every request. The complimentary shuttle to anywhere within 2 miles is a wonderful perk. The rooms are very nice, homey, and quite comfortable. Having a full kitchen is very convenient. Will definitely be staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Me and my wife took our girls to Atlanta for five days and after researching several places to stay we decided on The Residence Inn. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the landscaping was up to par. When we arrived check-in was seamless. Then arriving at the room we knew we had made the right decision. The room was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space for the four of us. It was a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and dishes. We were very pleased and whenever we return to ATL we will be booking the Residence Inn. Highly recommend!

The staff delivered excellent customer service throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and the courtyard well maintained for an older property. These reason have earned 5 stars. However, there are areas that should draw attention from the management team and owners (walls that are partially painted and walls that are missing some of the wall paper).

This was the best hotel stay I've had in a long time! Check-in was a breeze, professional and courteous staff, and I can't express enough how much I loved my room! I felt like I was in a mini apt! Everything I needed was there! The room was clean and modern looking, bed and linen was extremely comfortable, made me feel right at home! The location was amazing!!! Right around the corner from Lenox Mall, beautiful and quiet Buckhead area with a park nearby and walking distance to many restaurants, very safe and quiet neighborhood! I swear I didn't want to leave!! I will definitely be making this my go-to hotel whenever I'm back in ATL(which is quite frequently), and whatever city I travel to where you're available. Thank you for the exceptional service!

My mother and I came for her birthday weekend. We are from New Orleans and we always stay with Marriott. The hotel has great amenities such as complimentary hot breakfast, spacious rooms equipped with a full kitchen, a nice lounge area, free parking and a free shuttle. However, the real star is Jennifer at the front desk as well as the rest of the staff. She was just a delight from the moment we arrived in the morning. She made sure our stay was amazing and made us feel like family. She always had a smile and a suggestion to make our stay more enjoyable. Our engineer was very polite and helpful as well. Everyone was really something special. My mom can’t stop talking about how wonderful Jennifer is and seeing my mom smile makes me so happy. We will always stay here when we return to Atlanta.

It's situated at the heart of the city's business district so it's very easy to go to. Their rooms are always clean and cozy. They have well kept beds and bathrooms. I always use the gym. Their staff always attend to my needs almost immediately and get back to me in the shortest amount of time possible. My friends and I think it's the best hotel in that city.

This really isn't a hotel, it's a residence just like they say. The staff has gone above and beyond for me; and I mean every single staff memeber- front desk, hospitality, maintenance, shuttle drivers. I have never had a hotel exceed my expectations like this one. The rooms are studios, up to two bedroom apartments. A kitchenette or full kitchen in each room. An amazing packet put together for each guest that explains things to do, activities at the hotel (such as their complimentary wine/beer/food service M-W 6-730/8) and reviews of local eateries or bars. If you want to stay in a nice area that is located next to amazing shopping and restaurants, be treated like a true neighbor and have great service stay here. I will only be looking for residence inns from now on when I travel. I travel frequently for work and have never had a more enjoyable stay than this one. Thank you Residence inn for making a two week stay enjoyable and a place I wanted to be.

My experience at residence inn by Marriott has been a good. The staff has been very friendly and helpful there continental breakfast is not bad at all. Thumbs up.

Fantastic stay. The room is modern and very clean. Definitely somewhere I would be comfortable staying for a long period of time. The amenities are also great. Breakfast is really good with a lot of choices. The pool is on the small side, but hey, it's a pool. Also has a basketball court and a cute firepit area.
