Been in the market for a bigger truck due to an addition to the family and my company's need for a more powerful truck to pull trailers, lifts, etc… J auto ranch was my solution… I said when I test drove the 350 I ended up buying that I was just seeing how it felt… I ended up driving it out of there 2 hours later. Michael helped me through the process simplifying it and making it a breeze. But the selling factor is their Head Mechanic Neal Spence. He is a Godly man who I trust completely (I am normally a fairly skeptical person). He gave me the nod and that was all I needed to feel at ease with a purchase of this size. Would use them again in the future if they had another vehicle I was interested in.

J's Auto Ranch is absolutely the best used car dealership I have ever done business with! They gave me double the trade-in value on my 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trax 4WD, on a quality 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4WD, securing a loan that perfectly fit my budget; working tirelessly to do so. Amazing Staff! Unbeatable Prices! And for truly nice used cars in great condition! The entire J Auto Ranch staff was friendly and kind straight from the get go. This was by far the best experience I had when buying a vehicle. They offered grade A service. They meet you in the parking lot for greetings, they find out what you want and the best way to get it to you. I was in and out very quickly, and they work with you to fit your specified budget. Car buying is a stressful time, at least it was for us in the past. HOWEVER, I have never felt more comfortable and at home than I did at J Auto Ranch. Every. Single. When one's experience is so crappie that is so unfear to the point that it took a miracle of God to show us, He sees.
Let me back up, in the last week of Oct 2022 I purchase a Nissan Morano and less than 3 weeks it was towed 3 times. I called my loan borrower that was not able to do anything other than advise me to see if any dealership was willing to trade it out, after calling the original dealer and had been turn down the trade request.

One of the dealerships that was recommended was J Auto Ranch, and if I had only known of them before purchasing the Nissan, I would have used them, but God wanted me to remember I can trust His leading. Just one call and Seth was so welcoming to help the best way he could

I had the best experience one could ever ask for; I was pick up by Ms. Sandy from home to check out what they had for sale, and I was approved for another loan however they didn't took the advantage of making another sale, rather they towed the Nissan to their shop, and make some major repairs that if I told you, you will not even believe it, to top it off while my car was in their care, they loan me one so I was able to go to work.

to God be the glory, today my car is back in my care and am so grateful that there are still teams out there that put the needs of others first over a sale. may God continue blessing them and open doors that no man can close, may He meet there ever need.
