Rachel in the bakery is THE BEST! She has been doing my kids cupcake cakes for years now! Now she is doing all my friends kids cupcake cakes as well because everyone loves the ones I've been getting! She is extremely kind and always a pleasure to deal with! She has a knack for nailing the job no matter how crazy it sounds when trying to describe it! You can CLEARLY tell that she takes true PRIDE in her work!

Clean store. Friendly, helpful and courteous associates. Always well stocked in the mornings and freshest produce available in the morning also. Large selection of products available. Great organic selections with decent prices and the Kroger brand available. Awesome cheese selection too!

I'm a regular shoppers at Kroger's on Hwy 96 in Bonaire. I forgot my purse when I went to the store today. I'm so thankful for Toby who helped me with my Samsung Pay to get me checked out. He was helpful, patient, and delivered excellent customer service.

After Walmart cancelled my cake and cupcake order less than 24 hours before my sons 3rd birthday party, I frantically called all around town, trying to find a bakery that would accommodate. I am so thankful Rachel answered my call and saved the day! She was extremely understanding, kind and helpful… she even assured me she could use images if she didn’t have any Spider-Man kits in stock. Her team provided exactly what I needed and the cake and cupcakes were beautiful and delicious! My son loved everything! Thank you for your kindness and amazing customer service!

I give y'all 5 stars because this store is way better then the one on Watson. But what I don't like is that you only have 3 lanes open for check out. I don't do self checkout because y'all don't pay me enough to checkout my own groceries.

Jessi, one of the florists, was so professional and helpful when I went to inquire about flowers for my wedding. She took the time to sit with me and go over the style and type of bouquet I wanted. I was surprised at how great of an experience I had and how well the end products turned out as I had been to several florists that either were not very professional or wanted to charge an exorbitant price for half of I wanted. In the end I loved my flowers on my wedding day, it was just what I wanted and for a really great price. Everyone said that my flowers were so beautiful and looked like they came from a floral designer. If you're looking for flowers for a special occasion and don't want to spend a lot, I recommend asking for Jessi. I recommend going to her.

This is a great store. One of the best Kroger in Houston county.

We typically like this store. We did an on line order and arrived at 8:07pm on a Sunday. We almost didn’t get the order because they end at 8pm. The online pick up should indicate that. There many cars still coming in. They may have not know either. But the you g man who picked up and young man loading our grocery were gracious. Thank you!

Wanted to say that Mrs. Quincy has the best customer service. Always smiling and greeting you, she always makes you feel welcome! Wish there were more people like her. We always go through her checkout to say hello. 😊

It is medically necessary for me to use an electric shopping cart when grocery shopping and this Kroger has about 25 of them. I do understand short staffing issues of many businesses recently however on yesterday there was at least one cart attendant on staff during my visit. What should have taken about twenty minutes ended up costing two hours of my time as four different electric grocery carts that I attempted to use lost battery power before I could drive from the front of the store to the back of the store. I tried to get the attention of the cart attendant when I noticed that only one of the many electric carts was being charged. He did not respond to me while he was texting on his cell phone.

I chose a cart that appeared to have half power and tried again. Before I passed the customer service desk the cart also lost all power. I waited in line for about 3 minutes to speak to Andrea. I explained to her the problem and offered her a couple of options that would help. She immediately called for an employee to come to the desk. He arrived pretty quickly and she asked him to go out to the lobby and plug in all of the available electric carts. Next she asked another employee to go to the other lobby and do the same. He was asked to return to the desk with an operable electric cart as well. He did return with a fully charged electric shopping cart and I was able to finish my shopping.

I appreciated all three of these employees more than they know. While there are less employee available for operations the majority of the employees working yesterday were still focused on providing the best customer service possible. Thank you Kroger.

Great selection, quality meat and produce!

The best super market in my opinion.great selection of meat and fresh produce.Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff.If they don't carry it they'll get it and let you know when it's in stock.Just a great place 👍

5 stars for the poor employees that work here. If you guys don't get them help we will stop shopping here. Every since the Lady manager left this hwy 96 store has dive bombed! I just left after laying down my groceries because there was only like 4 cashiers and each had around 40 customers in line. Self check outs were half open and even more in those lines. I will stand outside your store with an sea of people with signs if this continues.

This store is clean and well stocked. The staff has always been kind and helpful. They have clothes for men, women, and kids. They also have plus size clothes available. The have great shoes, but sometimes finding the correct size is hard. You should download there app and use the coupons recommended on the labels of food. Also the points for gas is amazing!

Surprised by the variety of items offered at this store. Clean, well stocked and overall I was impressed with everything. Can't say that for many stores.

By far my favorite Kroger I have ever been to! I moved and the Kroger's now don't compare to this one. Plenty of parking, always enough shopping carts, and well stocked shelves! Associates were friendly and store was always clean. Wish I could go back to this Kroger!

This post has nothing to do with Kroger...It has to do with the parking lot and these scumbags that are always looking for a hand out. These individuals drive up and down the east coast running this scam pulling on hard working Americans heart strings..they are not playing the violin or whatever musical instrument they are using for the scam..Kroger I think you need to step up and get these lazy free loading individuals out of your parking lot..

This store has got everything but the bar that’s open from noon til 7:30 is awesome! There is a 3 drink maximum and serves a great variety of beer and wine. The prices are great. We had a fun tray of wine that allows you to sample 4 fun choices like Apple Pie which was great. Thanks bartender Bryan for helping us choose. He’s very knowledgeable about the variety of wines and beer.
