We were trying to establish new service and we discovered the sellers of the property had already scheduled to shut the water off. Afreen, our customer service specialist, went above and beyond and was able to get a hold of the technician in order to keep the water on for our new home. Afreen was kind and extremely helpful — thank you for all you do!!

I would like for Supv J. Loggins to know what superior service I received from Mike today. He explained to me how the water system works and found no leak in our system.
He was extremely kind and courteous. All businesses need staff with this superior customer service.
Thank you Mike. Happy New Year to all

Spoke with Anna to ensure my billing and connection were accurate since I haven't received a bill in the 5 weeks since moving. She was very friendly, looked into the account and verified everything looked as it should and the last date the meter was read.
Great customer service!

I had an issue with my water bill and Ronnie Grizzle, Manager called me back in a very timely manner and he resolved my issue with the most superb customer service. And he followed through immediately with what we discussed on the phone and he also had an associate (Mary), to call me back and walk me through an error that I had made on the website to correct it and she as well had the most superb customer service. Thank you so much!

I have never had such great service from public service employees as I have had in the last three years with Forsyth County Water Department. One young lady in particular was a joy to deal with her name is Anna and she is one of two that it has been a pleasure to discuss my problem with.Congratulations to both of them.

Anna helped me set up service last month, and today I spoke with Leah. They are both AWESOME and very, very helpful. Forsyth County folks ARE THE BEST!

Thank you for quickly responding to our report of a broken water meter cover on a meter in our neighborhood. It is in an area where the children wait for the school bus and it could easily injured one of them.

Let's remember their rates are among the lowest on the state. I've only had to deal with their customer service once, when I had a bad leak I didn't know about, and they reduced a $425 bill down to about $200.

Their a little rough working with, because it is government so be patient... After several calls and visits, we were able to fix my leak. Shout out to the on site crew as they were extremely friendly.

The service was horrible and Anna was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It's a darn shame, this is the only place in town to get water & sewer service because this would be my last choice. Also, I've been a customer for a while and it's sad I have to pay a application fee and deposit to transfer service 8 miles between locations. You fill out the form on-line so why an application fee, they don't have to do anything but, clearly be rude. This is the only service provider that charged a crazy fee to transfer. My average water bill was $28.00 dollars but, it is $150.00 to transfer, how do they make sense of that. Sad, sad, sad!!!!!!!! If you have the option *****GO SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE******

I hope you do not need to use their online billing; the website is ridiculously poorly out together and is not user friendly. The help desk had no clue either. Thankfully the automated system was more helpful that the live help. I don't particularly like automated system either.

As another reviewer has posted, conducting business on behalf of seniors or the deceased is a cruel and outrageous exercise. I sold my mother's home on her behalf and the service address has already been transferred to a new owner. They would not close the account because they would only speak with the authorized party, who happens to be in a nursing home. Nice.
I tried, as nicely as I could, to engage them on this topic; I was roundly ignored. Basically, if you want water? Shut up and jump through the hoops! They cannot be bothered to accomodate your situation.

The lack of empathy these people have is disheartening. They forced me to pay penalties accrued on a property for a relation who is deceased... note penalties AFTER they were dead. Not even an "I'm sorry" was given during the conversation. I'd be completely fine paying what is owed, but there was no one to give them their money prior to this date.

Most stubborn and impolite employees ever! The guy entered our neighborhood to do some work with my neighbor's water system and park his truck right in front of my driveway. I first signaled him, but he ignored me, than when I asked him to move he told me just to wait. The fun part is that if he moved several feet forward he wouldn't interfere with anyone.

County knows there is leak under ground, put flags in our yard 2 months ago stating they would replace pipes, now they are trying to charge us for the water leak. This is a HUGE PROBLEM!!
