Dr. Cagiano is an excellent treating physician. Always has been accommodating to my needs as a patient.

I agree completely with JJ. I have no idea how he still has his license. He completely over-treated me with an anti-psychotic for many years and it never worked...all he did was grunt and raise the dose. He gave me incorrect info many times including that schizophrenia and the meds I was taking weren't causing me to be sleepy during the day...he never even suggested I ask one of my other doctors. During my treatment, I can't remember one time where he listened to me. He always relied on my mom for info as if I weren't sitting in front of him. I never spent more than 10 minutes with him and he never helped me get other therapy even after being asked. Finally my neurologist sent me for neuro-psych testing and found out that I was at toxic levels of said anti-psychotic. I trusted him and he took 6 years of my life away...I don't remember anything during that time. Now under the care of a different doctor, I had one simple dna test and was put on a low dose of another med and am better than I have been in the last 10 years. I really want those 6 years back!
