Exceptional customer service..friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I love that they treat you like a person, and will make that extra phone call or answer your questions thoroughly anytime there’s a need. I do wish they were available for at least half a day on Saturdays (hint hint), but, they work super hard & deserve the weekend break. Even though I’ve moved twice, (and tried to leave them 😂) , nobody else comes close to the great care & professionalism they offer. Hence, you guys are stuck with us. 🙃

We depend on Concord for numerous medications and now... for our cat's insulin. We mistakenly relied on our vet to refill our prescription and by the time we found out the vet could not fill it, we were down to the last doses. Rebecca at Concord ordered it overnight when I could not find it at Walgreens, CVS, Publix, or Kroger. Amazing customer care for which we are deeply grateful! Best pharmacy anywhere -- we'll keep returning. Thank you.

Staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. They were obviously busy, but didn’t rush me either on the phone or in person. 10/10 would recommend!

This is best pharmacy in my over decade+ of time as a chronic pain patient. Fill times never exceed 10 minutes, and those that last 10 minutes usually required verification. The staff is a amazing, and there is nothing left to desire at the end of every visit.

This pharmacy is one of the best I have ever been to. They are quick, helpful, have some of the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. It seems like a smaller store but they will always work with you and your MD to correct, if needed, and order your Rx. The staff is very approachable and wait times are modest.

Samantha is a wonderful person she goes out of her way to help you An get the meds u need I live 50 miles away I still driver every month to go get my meds every month here because of her kindness I've been going her for 10 years are longer
