CVS

Since switching insurance and CVS being their preferred pharmacy, I have returned to CVS after probably 30 years. Every single person that I have encountered at this location has been incredibly nice, helpful, pleasant....wearing a smile on their face even when the line of people at the pharmacy is long and the customers not all that pleasant. They make me feel like I am a welcomed and important customer. That speaks volumes about their level of customer service.

I always come to this location to purchase Welches Fruit Snacks and Kay who’s a wonderful employee always greets me. Today they were out but she checked the back and found 3 packs for me!..I greatly appreciate her for going over and beyond for me!..Also the store is always clean and organized.

CVS pharmacy is so awesome! They do not have much help and even with that, and when there was a huge line, they get everyone taken care of in a fast and timely manner! Thanks CVS for being so amazing! They have my business from now on. Other pharmacies did not exceed my expectations like them.

So it's NYE, my daughter has pneumonia and I was turned away from another CVS by a lady who was working alone. She told me it would be ready tomorrow...meanwhile, my kid was home so sick. I went to this CVS on West Pike instead and Mary was SO HELPFUL!! The phone was ringing like crazy and she still managed to help me, answer all calls with kindness, and had me in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you for caring about patients, Mary!! I never leave reviews but her professionalism along with her care will hopefully have my daughter feeling better by morning. Thank you!

Not only is this CVS one of the few open 24 hours (remember…like the days before Covid??), but Kay (who I believe is either the store manager or Assistant Manager) is always helpful, respectful, patient and an overall delight, who only adds to my fabulous shopping experience!

Drove over 30 minutes on a Sunday evening with people from near and far hoping to fill prescriptions for relief.

I want to thank the lead pharmacist and his staff member for filling my prescription so quickly.

This is my go to CVS. I pretty much only use the drive thru now, which, sometimes has a line. But, if you pick the right time, you're at the window in no time. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and courteous.

I just got off the phone with Mary in the pharmacy and she was amazing !
I was transferring a prescription from another CVS and she helped me .
I’ve read the other horrible reviews and felt I should acknowledge her service since it was outstanding,

The lady I spoke with this morning at the pharmacy on 9/25 at 9:00am I didn’t get her name but she was kind, helpful towards me figuring out what medications will cover through my Medicaid and empathetic. Thank you greatly!!!

The Shift Manager Janice went above and beyond to help me find an item that was not on the shelf. The store was very busy yet she ran around and assisted me so I could get out quickly. Really appreciated that. Store was very clean as well.

Very helpful pharmacist. Had to pay cash for a prescription and the pharmacist called the doctor to recommend a slight adjustment to reduce the cost. She also used coupons to reduce my $123 prescription to $11.17. Thank you. Really appreciate it.

I Love this CVS... Everyone that works here is VERY Polite.They will go out of there way to help you. I have been using this CVS for some years and everyone knows me by name.. that’s always a Great Feeling that they remember who you are..

They used to open long hours but since the pandemic , their hours have dropped. They closed early hours of the morning. i was still able to get meds filled fast.

At 10 pm,I was at the store, I was really tired just want to go home,pick up my prescription and go home,at the time to pay,the cashier...
That was when everything change,amazing service, big smile,he make me feel better,I forget his name but his kind and great spirit stay with me,thank you so much,this young black men makes the diference in costumer service in your company...please,please let him know wherever he goes,he always will be Bless.

The pharmacist was so nice and an added bonus, she was super fast too!!

Dominic and Emma have great attitude and were helpful despite the busy schedule. Very impressive with their positive attitude.

I used Walmart for years but I got tired of always having to wait a week for my meds, also the rudeness and uncaring attitude. Love the personal service and kindness.

The pharmacist here work really hard to get prescriptions ready for pick up. Great customer service.
