Has good selection in name brands esp for wide width....prices are very good and get e mail re sales. Im not a shoe fanatic ...can usually find what I'm looking for ... And sometimes there's a pair I just can't resist!

Great place and even better employees!! Make sure you ask for Dianen who made our shoe shopping experience easy and pleasant. She explained all the sales and helped us with getting different sizes.
Store was clean and organized according with new COVID-19 standards. Teammates were announcing social distancing rules and current promotions.

Came into your store today looking for some homecoming shoes for my daughter. I found the exact pair that I thought my daughter would love they were on sale for a great price however her size was not in stock. I asked Jessica if she could look at stores in the area where they might have her size. She was more than accommodating. Unfortunately the closest store was about 100 miles away and then Jessica also informed me that shoe carnival will ship the shoes if I didn’t need them the same day! She went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter got the most perfect shoes for her homecoming dress! I am very pleased that she gave me all of my options so I wasn’t just stuck there trying to find another pair that I didn’t really like as much. Jessica seems like a valuable employee to this company and should get a raise!

They sell the usual selection of shoes. Sales people did a good job too.

I have visited this location on several occasions and I'm always pleased with the excellent customer service I get. I can feel the warmth when I enter, there is a wide selection of footwear from which to choose. Prices are competitive and there is very often discounts and online coupons to helped out with pricing. I would recommend shopping at this location!

Always very nice employees which is great however their selection at least of kids shoes is very limited. I mean they had a lot of the same shoes that last year. I don't know if that's bc of the pandemic or what. It's still a great store to shop at though.

Always a great place to buy shoes for my son!Nike always in stock and in sale...most weeks. Staff wearing masks, behind plexiglass and using hand sanitizer between customers. Friendly staff walking through the store helping as usual!

This place has some great choices, lots of sizes and great customer service. I don't know where you found Tekela, but she's a keeper! Love her friendliness and attitude!

Great selection of shoes. Today was buy one get one half off. Harrison was able to find two pair of shoes that fit well at a great price! Place was clean and the staff was friendly.
