Filip was very thorough in discussing the options available to replace my door chime and smoke dectors. Also noticed a potential wiring concern that was not up to current code that he repaired. Lastly he cleaned up work area before he departed. Definitely would recommend.

Filip was great - he provided excellent service and made some good recommendations for future electrical updates. He was able to fix our problem quickly. Before he started with the fix he gave us a couple different pricing options based on required fixes vs required + optional nice to haves. This made sure I knew the cost up front and there were no surprises. Highly recommend!

Had Aardvark hang 2 ceiling lights. They did a great job! Had to work in a difficult to access attic for wiring. Gave us many options and was patient during our deciding process.

Although they quoted me three hours to complete the job, they were able to finish the scope of work I set my appointment up for as well as fix some best practices on my breakers which they recommended from a quick garage inspection. They do not charge by the hour, but it was excellent to be able to have the work completed well in advance.

We had a problem with the power being out in one of our rooms. The breaker was tripped and would not reset. I called Aardvark, our go-to company whenever we have any electrical work to be done. Filip came out and quickly determined that there was a problem in one of the outlets or switches. Recent construction practice is to use outlets and switches that allow a stripped wire to simply be plugged into the rear of the device, saving time by not having to connect the wiring to the screees terminals. A wire had come loose in one of the receptacles, causing a continuous problem that did not allow the breaker to reset. In order to insure we did not have a repeat of the problem, we decided to have all the wiring on the main floor re-done with new switches and plugs wired to the screw terminals, not just stubbed- in to the back of the fixture. Philip and Tony worked diligently on the project, which took two days. They discovered additional loose wiring connections as part of the work, plus a nicked wire that could have caused a problem. Philip also installed a couple of extra outlets to allow for additional devices to be plugged in in the T V area and a location where we charge our hand- held devices. They had the experience to know what needed to be done and replaced over 150 switches and outlets! We feel a lot better about our whole system knowing it was done and done correctly!
