Needed a form filled out for an out of state vehicle registration. The officers were friendly and were able to help me with my form. Cheers.

My experience with the court has been limited to a couple of dispossessory actions (evictions) related to a rental property and one "bad renter". I have found the court, judge, and staff to be professional and efficient. When I have called for updates on my cases Ashley has been helpful and professional, providing the status and next steps. Not more I could ask for. Thank you.

Talked to 2 different women at the desk. Both rude and condescending. Good Customer service skills seem like a necessity the job. I am a public servant and I try to remind my self of that every day...they should do the same.

Just got off the phone with the receptionist and I see that I am not the only one who noticed the disgusting attitude of the woman who answered the phone. Bad attitude and should not be working here if you can't speak to people. She must have a bad day everyday of the week, very bad demeanor! I wanted to call back so badly and tell her about herself but I'm sure she may get chances to read these comments I can't say how bad the tone is and the negative vibe she gives off enough..... This is what happens when people are in positions because they know someone! Nastyyy

I don't write bad reviews but this needs to be addressed. People who work here are VERY RUDE!!! and for no reason at all. I would give 0 stars if I could. Not even deserving of 1. Why do they have to be so rude? It's so not needed. They are no help at all. Especially the women who work behind the counter. They need to be replaced. SMH. Treat people how you want to be treated.

I am extremely disappointed with the horrible, disrespectful service I’ve received at the Forsyth County Magistrate Court. I went in to file a warrant back in November of 2022. The female clerks at the glass window were extremely rude, short, snappy and incompetent. They told me to complete the wrong forms for my case. When I finally called the court house weeks later for a status I was told they had me complete the incorrect paperwork and I needed to come back in to refile my case again. I went back in December 2022 to refile my case. Then I was told in Jan 2023 that their system to file warrants was down and they did not have an estimate as to when it wound be back up. I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my case handling and I was told by the supervisor that I could always go get an attorney and pay them to handle my case faster or wait for it to be handled for “free” with the magistrate court.

I informed them I wanted to make a formal complaint against this court about my service and treatment today Feb 2023 and I was given a blank piece of printer paper to write my complaint down. I was told they do not have any formal process for complaints and that it is all verbal.

Extremely nasty service considering I pay Forsyth taxes and do not appreciate their condescending behavior!

This is the most unprofessional court and administration I have ever dealt with. It’s ran by the hillbillies of Forsyth!

Very rude!! Short answers would not listen to any of my questions. I spoke to a man and a woman, I will say the woman was nicer than the man; he was just flat rude and nasty.

Don’t trust the court and the police, they treated us useless and untrustworthy and unfairly, for arrested one of my innocent family for parking our property neighborhood and arrested him for thinking him drinking but he wasn’t and found no evidence for it but trying make the police’s problem fixed and moving on and my family almost lost his job for trying doing everything to be order but the police messed my family’s happiness and suspended his license from out where, my opinion for the cops, they’re racist and theft, trying get the money easily and it’s unfair because they can do anything to blame it, please free innocent people please don’t Judge the book by cover.

I went for a false filed eviction done by my aunt for a house she didn't own that she filed online without my 86 year old Grandma owns and she knew nothing about. I was already leaving and all. Went to court in front of the judge my grandma did not show up cause she had no knowledge of it happening it was supposed to be thrown out because if the owner didnt show up it was clearly thrown out said so on the paperwork I got. My aunt was told she couldn't come in and the judge even stated in court he was not supposed to let her come in but he would allow it this once. Then proceeded to tell me I already had a eviction on my record when I was told I wouldn't have one until the day of court if lost so he made me sign a paper with my aunt who isnt legally allowed. Be careful Forsyth county Magistrate court still is about the down south dirty boy government doing things they know is not legal. So now a father of three has a eviction on his record when he was already moving out and my own grandma wanted to give me as much time as needed.

Yesterday, July 8, 2019, I was at the Forsyth Small Claims Court in Cumming GA to defend a claim filed against a local carrier that transports consumer household goods. I have to say that I am appalled and disappointed in the court regarding a lawsuit. The judgment was bias, unfair and dishonest.
The Judge communicated that she was going to go by the contract, and I asked what that means. She communicated that there would be no amount awarded. However, this contradicts what the contract states and the legal requirement of a carrier of consumer household goods. In the contract, governed by Federal Regulations, it states that carriers like are required by law, legal liability, to pay a percentage of the claim based on total weight. This is not what I was seeking. The pictures illustrated the damage to Household Goods. However, they were required by law to pay that amount which is their legal obligation. And they agreed to pay this amount. Therefore, I have concluded that the judgment was not based on the Federal Guidelines and Regulations for a contract even though she stated that she was going by the contract. I knew this but decided not to pursue it at that time until I confirmed the federal rules and regulations governing carriers.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulation §375.203 states that the carrier is legally liable for damage/loss of household goods. The Surface Transportation Board’s Released Rates Order states that the carrier is required to pay $.0.60 per weight for damaged goods when the customer has declined full protection. It is part of the contract. Section §375.201 states that the carrier is legally liable for loss or damage if it happens during the performance of any transportation of household goods and all related services identified on the carrier lawful bill of lading. Section §375.201 C states that If the shipper waives, in writing, the carrier liability for the full value of the household goods, the carrier is liable for loss of, or damage to, any household goods to the extent provided in the STB released rates order. Section §375.207, specific to the advertisement, states that the carrier must publish and use only truthful, straightforward, and honest advertisements. The promise, “We Are Very Careful With Your Belongings”, is a misleading statement and a misrepresentation of their services which resulted in negligence and extensive damage to my household goods.
Therefore, the judgment appears not to be based on the Federal Regulations specific to a carrier legal responsibility and liability per the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulation which regulates carriers like Skinny Wimp.
Therefore “All” carrier must follow the Federal Regulation Part 375 when Transportation of Household Goods in Interstate Commerce: Consumer Protection Regulations. Again, I am disappointed in the system which is supposed to be fair and equitable.
