I had an issue with an order never getting delivered and David Laird worked diligently to solve it. We ordered a new GE washer and dryer on Nov 12 with a selected delivery date of the 17th. Delivery day came, I received a text stating that the delivery would arrive from 3-7pm. Well, that time came and went. Never arrived. Called customer service 800 number and they were useless and lead me on and transferred me for 2hrs promising the world. The final statement from them was that they converted my order to pick up at the local store. Next morning I arrive just after opening only to find that my order wasn’t there and was still listed as truck load, meaning it was on a truck and no one could find it. David not only fixed everything but took great care of me for all the headaches I endured. I really appreciate him thinking outside the box and solving the issue, so we could wash clothes again! A+ top customer service!

I am not normally one to give a review, however tonight I needed to give credit where it is well due. The supervisor, David - is amazing. I purchased a computer from another Best Buy location not nearby - and upon opening the box (noting this was a open-box refurbished unit), I discovered that the power supply and cable that were supposed to be included, were not in the box.

I called customer service who advised me that I could attempt to return the device, or purchase a replacement cable. Either way, they were not eager to help me out.

David, not only was compassionate and eager to assist me; but went above and beyond in his own words to “take care of our customers”. When he checked and did not have the manufacturer power supply on hand in his store, rather than turn me away - David sourced an aftermarket supply and cable for me; verifying that they were the correct wattage rating and compatible with the device. My hats off to you, David!

Best Buy, you have the epitome of the material that an employee should be made of - you should be very proud to have David.

I enjoyed meeting DAVID, the new MANAGER, since my last visit!! William was the previous Mgr. as he & his staff provided GREAT SERVICE!! I don't reside in the area, however it's worth the 50 minute drive! This store has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & their AGENTS are very knowledgeable of their products! THANK

I love the curbside service! I ordered my new router online and it was available for pickup at my local location within a couple of minutes. All details of the order were communicated to me via text message. When I arrived I clicked the link that corresponded with my parking spot and the item was brought to me in the parking lot. Super convenient!

Upgraded my phone and the service consultant couldn't of made it easier. Just waited about 5 mins. till she came back for lunch, but that was not a problem.
Got the S24 ultimate! She even got me a gift card that matched my hat!

When I arrived I was greeted by the nicest person. As I waited in line I watched as the greeter made everyone feel special.

My son and I had the best customer service experience EVER!
The manager at this store is phenomenal! He went over and above to help us with a new phone. He priced matches our item and went above and beyond our expectations. I would give more stars if I could! Thanks again for being awesome 😎

Thank you for the greeting upon my entry. While browsing through the store Mr Jonathan greeted me and he also offered to help me find what I was looking for. The store seemed fully staffed, it had a cool temperature and was clean and organized. There was a very large selection of appliances and the Geek Squad area was full of guests. Having an Apple section anywhere is always a plus!

Mike Sr in the computer department is awesome. I lost my very strange printer power cord and he helped me so much! Great, knowledgeable employee!

I 💙L💛O💙V💛E💙💛💙B💛E💙S💛T💙💛💙B💛U💙Y💛💙💛 especially this MEGA STORE... they have it all... never COVID-19 stocking issues... they will home delivery overnight practically anything to you if not in store stock availability is an issue... Very courteous folks in the big city and wonderful convenient location for shopping all year long for any type of electronic equipment that you need for your small midsize large or even enterprise business... And not to mention I absolutely love and my company loves their insurance program for items that you purchase if there's ever an issue just take it back and get what you need and get a refund or an exchange either or whatever need be...

Came here to purchase an upgrade to my old phone. 📲 The service was stupendous. Got me in and out very quickly with a better price than I expected.💲However, different departments can vary on their pushiness and transparency. Always check their website for pricing and open-box opportunities 🙂

Great customer service, very helpful, insightful, courteous, and would recommend over and over! Delivery and installation went smoothly and employees were very knowledgeable and willing to instruct on the new purchase and troubleshooting as well.

Great experience as always here. They have great displays that allow you to actually get a real world idea of whY you're buying. The sales reps have helped me save a lot of money on appliances throughout the years also.

As far as Best Buy stores go, this one is one of the better Best Buy locations I've been to. The store is stocked well. I haven't had a difficult time finding an associate to help that is knowledgeable. The online in-store pick up line moves efficiently. Never an issue with curbside service, either.

My long struggle in finding reliable Apple CarPlay installation services, ended at Best Buy. It took while for them for build order and to give me an appointment. But they did great job.
