We have a wonderful and outstanding communithe. People in office are very nice, and if you need any type of help, they will help you. And if it, there is anything needed to be fixed, maintenance would be out within the next day.🤗🤗🤗

I’m so pleased to give our newest manager at Magnolia Village apartment a five stars. She deserves it. She gets things done and I mean it. I have been living at this apartment for five years now and she’s the best manager. For the past years I have been dealing with mold issues but since she came I told her she gets right at it and now everything is gone. I just want to say thank you to our new manager. And she’s always smiling even when you are not in the mood to smile. She is just the right person for the job.

The 2 ladies in the office (Tracele and Naidia) lack professionalism. My rent was applied to the wrong account and I was OVER CHARGED for my rent for the month of October 2023. I asked them for a phone number of their manager, and I was given a WRONG email address. I never received a text, email, or phone call back. I have lived here for many years and never had this kind of problem.

I have been a tenant going on 10 years now. I have read reviews and I was able to reach Ivy a few times couple of years ago. And it is true that no matter what time of the day you call no one ever answered the phone. Often I had to get dressed and drive to the leasing office . In terms of Ivy? she was never rude. I never had any problems with her she was always helpful and polite to me. Ivy always gave helpful resources if I had an issue she certainly looked into it for me. I found her to be a nice person. I wish her well. We also have good Maintenance Terry and Joshua are really nice. Terry Maintenance Manager will attend to issues they clean up after their work and never just leave it there.

Magnolia needs to be whipped back into shape. I believe that will happen with our new Regional Manager Jessica Paski that will happen. Jessica has already been so helpful, caring, and polite she has such a nice personality and wonderful spirit. She makes sure that your issue is addressed. I love the fact that she COMMUNICATES with me. She will email you , or call you back as soon as she is able. I find her to be a very caring person and wants to really improve things at Magnolia she is open to suggestions, she really makes sure that all issues are addressed and work gets done.

My experience so far this community has been pleasant. The neighborhood is tranquil. The property is well kept up. My neighbors are respectful.

I really like my apartment community it’s nice and clean and relaxing. Low traffic and the office and maintenance workers are really Courteous and professional.

The maintenance man came and with his expertise went above and beyond to fix all that was requested and also changed and updated some fixtures that needed changing. Thank you for making my living here much better.

My bathroom sink pipe was leaking both master bedroom and the visiting room and I reported and it was fixed the next morning

The maintenance team went about and beyond to resolve each issue. Mr. Terry did an excellent job 👏

Office staff had been working very closely with us to get us in our new apartment. It's been great and now we have a fantastic place to live.

Maintenance came out to solve water leak issue. They were fast and friendly

Nice place to live has a carwash and if you need something go to the office the office is right in front of you get into magnolia village.
