This crew is ABSOLUTELY amazing!! They are always on top of everything! They have memorized my drink, and always call me by my name & ask me about my day. Best crew around 100%. Love my Starbucks 🥹❤

This is THE BEST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The staff is not just friendly, they take customer service to the next level. I look forward to visiting the store multiple times each week….and my two big dogs say their “pup cups” are the best too 🐾🐾

The staff is incredible and very kind. They are so sweet to our little boy. We drive a bit out of our to go to this location versus the one that's closer.

Large new Starbucks with plenty of room for drive-thru and parking. We met several family members here and took over one of the large tables. Worked perfectly! The manager said they had been open about a year. She was a pro and couldn't have been friendlier. Drinks and food came out lightening fast. Easy in/out and clean bathroom. Large open space. QT next door for gas, Wal-Mart across the street for nearly anything else you might need.

Amazing place , right from the time you walk in till you stay. Warm and friendly staff. Love the energy and the vibe!

Just went through the drive thru for a pick me up… lookin for eggnog latte, I know, I know… too early. BUT your dude Hunter offered a suggestion instead.. honestly I don’t even remember. My sticker says “Ic Gr Pk Crm Chai” and he nailed it! So sweet, so cute… great dude! Thank you Hunter!

I recently moved to this area and for the past several months this has been my Starbucks. I usually go once a day and get the same order. The first time I went to this Starbucks, I remember noticing how happy the staff seemed. I thought it might be an aberration, yet every time I go I still notice how joyful they are. Each employee seems to enjoy their job, they smile, greet me, and make each drink quickly. Going to Starbucks is a small part of my day, but the people at this location have made it one of the most enjoyable parts. It’s nice going places where people are enjoying themselves. Kudos to the staff, I appreciate the energy you give off!

Great vibes here. Clean dine in area. They have plenty of outdoor seating too. Friendly staff and baristas.

The ONLY Starbucks I will come to that makes my drink right EVERY TIME. Fast service, happy faces, clean space, and great environment. I come to this Starbucks almost daily and they are always happy to see me, take my (same) order, and very pleasant to speak with. I love this Starbucks. Best thing to happen to Browns Bridge Road- North Forsyth.

Eric, the manager at this location is the most helpful, friendliest guy! And this was the first time I’ve met him at the drive thru- he stopped by the window to say hi! The staff and customer service is always amazing!! Anytime Kira is working my morning is always better. She is extremely friendly and always upbeat, exactly what anyone needs on an early morning!

Such a wonderful staff! I had a few orders, and instead of closing the service window while waiting for my order, the staff chatted with me the whole time! I love the personal touch so much, AJ you are such a sweetheart and I love meeting you! Everyone was nothing but smiles and friendly atmosphere!

I love this starbucks ! I go Monday through Friday in the morning omw to work and AJ is just the sweetest ever. Everyone there really has the best attitude and makes the experience great.

Slow. The coffee was great, but the service was very slow. IDK why, but several drive through orders were placed and served after we placed our order and just waited inside the newly opened location. Hopefully they're still working out kinks in the schedule, but that didn't make for great experience.

New location, beautiful store design and layout. Only been in once so far to check out the new space. Go see my friends (and former fellow partners) Eric and Sara and the rest of the team. They will take care of you.
