AT&T Store

I was looking to switch my service provider and walked in to find out my options. A big thanks to Joshua!! He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I felt very at ease when it came time to make a decision.

Fantastic service! Compared to other competing cell service companies in the area these guys are 10 steps ahead on quality and care for their customers. Way to go!

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store thanks to Jordan! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit, making sure I understood all of my options and answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Jordan even went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service when I experienced a technical issue, resolving the issue quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend this store and appreciate the exceptional service provided by Jordan!

I needed to understand my options for a phone on my family plan that our son absconded with (and stopped paying his bill for). The website did a poor job of explaining our options. Superhero Alicia, the store manager, did a FANTASTIC job of listening to me explain the issue, then she gave me the available options and recommended a course of action. Honestly, she commiserated with our situation and helped as if we were longtime friends.

I would trust Alicia at this store with any of my phone-related needs. She's a good person that actually cares, and that's a rare commodity these days.

New Manager! I just went in to get my account fixed and check out some deals and I found Patrick in there and man what a guy! he got me hooked up with my daughters phone and got me a better deal than I had before thanks!

After a horrendous over the phone customer service experience I decided to try my luck at the physical store. I went into this location to inquire about changing my plan and to add my grandmother to my account for peace of mind given that she is retired, Mr Patrick was quiet swift and cordial to my needs and explain all steps of transaction even tho I did not requested so just to be on the same page, for that alone he gets my highest regard and I personally wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars for him do to his ethics and high caliber of costumer service, Mr Patrick is a great asset for this location and I’m expected by great things to come from him, thank you for your help and understanding.

The store manager, Brianna, was such a professional. Although I was just looking for some accessories, she was able to help explain the best ones at the right price. She was just so pleasant to be around, especially after I was in asking a lot of questions. 5 star experience! Wish more At&t’s had an employee like her.

Absolutely great service. Brie was incredibly helpful. My Samsung did not allow me to use my keyboard to enter my password to gain access to my phone. We thought we might have to do a factory reset and lose important information. Again thanks to Brie we did not have to do that and she was able to resolve the issue. This location is highly recommended.

We had wonderful employees to help us! They were super kind & very sociable. It was a quick and easy upgrading of our phones & I am very satisfied with our experience. All staff was wearing a mask & hand sanitizer was at our disposal. Fantastic service. Thank you guys!!
