Lulos Painting just finished the exterior painting of our home. The team did an amazing job of prepping and then painting the exterior. The work was done well, on the schedule promised and at a great price. We would highly recommend them and will use for our interior projects. Karlos was even able to recommend a color consultant that assisted us with our color choices.

I hired Lulos Painting to repair and paint the ceiling in a guest bathroom. Karlos and Pedro were very easy to work with. The job went quickly, and when it was done, the ceiling and crown molding looked beautiful! I highly recommend Lulos Painting and Home Restoration Services!

Lulos just completed painting the old red brick parts of our home a nice white color and repairing and painting the window shutters a contrasting dark grey. They also painted two large wood decks and those came out awesome. Karlos was terrific to work with - thorough, detail oriented and a good communicator.

This company is absolutely wonderful! We had a horror show of an experience with a previous renovation company in our kitchen. We were without a proper kitchen for 8 months and embarrassed to have anyone over. Lulos came in and fixed everything up in less than 2 weeks, and now we have the most beautiful kitchen! We hired Lulos Painting & Home restoration for what we were sure would be be a very long and lengthy process while we were living out of hotels and Airbnbs. from the start they were incredibly courteous, professional, prompt, and honest. This is not my first renovation. I’ve seen good and bad, and they are great. The quotes we received were the best.

They reworked them when the scope changed. Were onsite when they said they would be (if you know construction this is a big deal). And honestly, are honest good people. The quality of painting, tile work, floor installation, the works was second to none.

This involved a full kitchen, Den, Living room, Bedrooms, Dining room, and a lot more since it was almost a full gut. And to top it off, they finished ahead of schedule.

I’d recommend them over and over again for the integrity and quality of their work. I should know since quality is literally my day job. I have high standards. They far exceeded those. I’d hire these amazing folks again in a heartbeat and you should give them a call if you’re on the fence.

They did a repaint of our whole house, plus some repairs of rotted wood throughout the house, and stained our deck. Karlos was very professional, came out and completed work within the promised timeframe, no hassles or complains! We absolutely love the new look of our house!

The company was hired to assist with a kitchen renovation; specifically remove tile, install drywall, paint kitchen and dining (including cabinets) and install new hardware. We were very pleased with the high quality of work, level of professionalism and the amount of time it took to complete the project. They were responsive and completed the job to our satisfaction.

Karlos is a super professional contractor, nice and knowledgeable. He is reliable which is so hard to find this qualification in other contractors these days. He also follows up with his job after it was done to make sure everything is alright.

Excellent, quick, and professional installation services were carried out by this team, and with extreme efficiency too. This project was started and totally completed within a bit under a day and half and the new flooring looks great! Pedro and Olga were always punctual, very professional and highly skilled in their craft. They repaired significant damage to our kitchen ceiling, replaced the drywall there and then expertly applied the mud before final painting. They took extreme care of our home as they worked around the kitchen and family room. Modifications to the project were fully discussed and agreed to in advance.

We were initially going to use Karlos and his team to remodel our kitchen, but the exterior home repairs and paint job were a pressing issue (if you live anywhere with an HOA, you know what I mean!). I received quotes from two other companies. Lulos Painting & Home Restoration was competitively priced, and we decided to go with them based on a personal recommendation from a friend. Karlos and his team were prompt, professional and made sure everything was done right.

We ran into a problem on day one of the job. It turns out that our home builder had used 2” thick wood on our bay window and hadn’t used any kind of plastic sheeting to protect the substrate underneath. The initial plan to remove the rotted wood and replace it with PVC was no longer an option, since PVC doesn’t come in 2” thickness. Karlos reviewed the different options with me, and had his team work on other repairs until my husband and I could agree on what to do about the window. The team never stopped working. Once we decided on a solution for the window a couple of guys got back into action on that while the rest of the team worked on other repairs and priming the house to be painted. I appreciated Karlos’ willingness to work with my husband and I to come up with a solution that worked both for the home and our budget.

Karlos and his team did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our house. We've used him once before for the interior of our condo and the quality, quickness, friendliness, and price is what made us go with him again. Not only did his team paint the exterior of our house but they also installed and painted our new front door, as well as minor touch ups to our house including new caulking and nailing in some of our siding. They finished a day early too which was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They did a walk around of my home one day and provided me with a fully detailed quote the next day. I was so impressed with the attention to detail even on the quote! They started the job with pressure washing the house and fixing any items that needed repair. The team of painters was extremely polite and made sure everything was to our liking.
