This is the third time I've used the services of North Point Junk Removal, and just like the previous two times, I am very pleased and satisfied with the work. From the moment you make the reservation, communication is seamless. Twice they have rearranged their schedule to accommodate and arrived to pick up the junk at my house ahead of time, which has worked out really well for us. While each time there were different workers, they have all been very friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Every time they arrive to pick up the junk, they assess the quantity and provide an estimate of what the final price might be. It's up to you to decide whether it works for you or not. I didn't take any photos on any of the three occasions because I got so excited about all the space I would have and envisioned how it would look that I forgot to grab my phone. Booked on the Google website, I received a call about an hour ahead of time to let me know an estimated arrival time, which proved to be very accurate. It was a moderate pile of boxes and a mattress frame up one flight of stairs, I was given a very reasonable quote and they immediately started working once I approved. They had everything done in less than 30 minutes all told.

These guys are awesome and the blueprint for how a service should be offered. Dillon and the crew were knowledgeable, quick, on-time, professional and NICE!! I hired them twice...two days in a row for junk removal. They quickly cleared my stuff and offered fair pricing. I just wish they operated in the state where I'm moving. I highly recommend.
