What a gem! This hotel's location is simply unbeatable, right in the vibrant heart of downtown Baton Rouge! From the instant I stepped through the doors, I felt like I was in for a treat.

Sonnisha, Chrishona, and Jerry welcomed me with open arms, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. With three rooms booked, including accommodations for my colleagues flying in from Canada, I had a few special requests in mind. But nothing was too much for the attentive staff – they handled each request with grace and a smile, ensuring every detail was taken care of seamlessly.

My room, situated on the executive level, was an absolute haven. The staff even went the extra mile to check in via text, making sure everything was just right – and it was! Their commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.

Without a doubt, this is a place I can't wait to return to and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an exceptional stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Brian H, Atlanta GA.

Stayed here for 2 nights and all I can say is what a great staff! Everyone from room service to the bartenders was wonderful! I felt that the food could’ve been a little better but never disrespect to the cooks!!!

Great hotel. Located in the center city of Baton rouge. Got little earlier and reception accommodate me with early check in. Stuff is super nice and the food at the bar was great too. Definitely recommended!!!

So I came on here and posted a two-star review for Hilton because I was so appalled by the rooms that I had received. However, upon letting Hilton know about what had happened, all I can say is they went above and beyond. I cannot recall how to pronounce her name. It was the pregnant black lady with glasses at the front desk shoshana or shoshina she was and is amazing if anything, an example of what customer service absolutely is so much so that I can guarantee you. I want to be a better patron in the future myself LOL and I 100% recommend Hilton baton rouge to anybody who wants to stay at a nice place where the hotel staff absolutely cares about each and every individual customer that stays there. I will absolutely stay there again and I hope that everyone stays there at least once in their life. It's a beautiful hotel. Thank you Hilton. Thank you for making everything right. I called today in a panic because somehow my reservation had not been finalized. My sister had called the location with a question the day before we are scheduled to arrive and she was informed that I had no reservation!
She said call and check but ask for Adonis he was very nice! When I called I was able to locate Adonis, and just as she mentioned he went above and beyond to make this horrible situation right for us!
He was able to get new reservation, and even made notes to keep our rooms near each others!
Having staff with an amazing attitude and temperament is key. Especially when you are under stress. His positive let me fix it attitude, and solutions really put my family at ease! I am not checking in until tomorrow, but I find so much comfort in knowing that if my experience is anything like the phone call that we will be comfortable!

A charming old hotel, but wonderful staff! Eve who got us checked in quickly despite a very busy time. Katie and Chrishona who helped us with room service. And if you have brunch in the restaurant - Paul will take great care of you. Within walking distance of several popular attractions as well.

Very nice hotel. I would have given 5 stars for the room but I had no hot water in the shower. I made them aware of it and they seemed to be eager to fix it. I recommend the river view side of the hotel.

They were very welcoming, and it is a very very pleasant place to stay. Mr. Herbert James is the bell captain there, and he is absolutely something else! Every hotel should be lucky enough to have an employee like Herbert!!

Absolutely marvelous hotel! The room was great, the view was great, the staff were all so nice and helpful! And the building itself? Beautiful space! I can't imagine staying anywhere else anytime I come through Baton Rogue!

I was in Baton Rouge for a family matter. I regret that I couldn't fully enjoy all this hotel had to offer...and it was well beyond my expectations. I had traveled alone and arrived at a closed airport. That was quite shocking to me. The rental car agency was closed. It was late, and I was dreading having to get a taxi in a city where I was a stranger.. As I approached the outside, the hotel shuttle was waiting just like a prince on a white horse. I couldn't believe it! I walked up and confirmed it was going to my destination. Thankfully, it was... After the flight crew got on board, we were on our way. The shuttle was there for the last arriving plane, for which I was a passenger. I figured I had to be going to a nice hotel because of the company. I was right! The hotel was beautiful, charming, and welcoming! The staff treated me with Southern hospitality! My room was very serene, beautifully decorated, and cozy. I felt safe and would have given anything to be able to sleep in... It wasn't to be... I was onna mission. I needed the shuttle very early, and the driver, Herbert James, was prompt! He was waiting for me. He was courteous, kind, and professional! When I reached my destination too early and he noticed a ghost-town vibe, he took me back to the hotel where I could have the 'REAL DEAL HOLYFIELD' Community Coffee! God only knows how much I needed a cup of real coffee! It was great, and since I walked into a smorgasbord of wonderful breakfast foods, I couldn't resist having breakfast! If I had a little more time, I would have stayed until I couldn't eat anymore! Everything was absolutely delicious! 💯 I would be willing to go to the hotel just for breakfast! Anyway, Herbert, the shuttle driver, took me back to my destination, carried my luggage to the door, and I knew if nothing else went well, I would forever feel good about this Hilton Hotel! Folks, you've got to go! Fare thee well!

Shanisha and the entire staff were amazing. She treated me like family, and I will definitely be going back. I'm bringing the Boudin gal!

I live locally but did a stay vacation with my long time friend, who was coming in from Florida(she is a native of Louisiana).
I was totally impressed(lightly said)by the Vallet Service! These great people
are probably not recognized often! But they are usually the “1st impression” that guest experience ! Truly impressive! Manners and many smiles !! Miss Zae stood out to me because she kept her smile no matter when I saw her and she has to have amazing organizational skills because this beautiful Hilton Hotel is Super busy !!!!

Close to everything local in Baton Rouge. Great hotel with a lot of history. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great rooms and comfy beds. Definitely worth it.

Upon checking in we recieved great customer service from Sonnisha. So sweet, caring and friendly. Because of her mu stay has been off to a great start.

Our stay was very pleasurable, the hotel was very clean and is full of charm. I rate it a 10 out of 10. The valet was very welcoming. Management at the front desk was very professional. The Bellhop was extremely helpful and took very good care of us upon arrival and departure. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and our server Ralph was very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to.

The two standouts who really went out of their way to make our stay as memorable as possible was, Bellhop Herbert James and restaurant Matradee Jessica. Those employees' personalities make them a perfect fit for the hotel. I wish there were more genuine people like them in the service industry.

More expensive than I'm used to but it was walking distance of alot of places to go. I got nice view of the river. No free breakfast/or parking...lol

Stunning hotel in Baton Rouge. Absolutely beautiful historic location, and very well taken care of. Accommodating and welcoming staff, fantastic food, and great amenities. Highly recommend staying here if you are searching for a place to stay in Baton Rouge. Will stay nowhere else!
